Do not order delivery from this location. I got off from a 9.5 hour shift, wanting a simple pasta and side of bread/cheese sticks around 9pm. I tipped near 40%, hoping this would incentivize quality service. Couldn’t have been more wrong.
I get an email that the driver handed me my food. Never happened. Didn’t even leave it outside my well lit house. (Note: this location uses doordash as a 3rd party delivery service, which you can’t see if you order from the mobile website. Unlike a typical doordash order where you can track the dasher through the app). I call the driver, Manuel, twice. No response. I leave a message and call the restaurant. Someone named Brandon picks up, apologizes and says this occasionally happens with this driver. Fine. Everyone makes mistakes. Says he’ll remake the food and send a new driver. I offer to tip him directly for doing so, he says its no problem (this is around 10pm, they don’t close till 11).
I wait an extra 1 hour and 40 minutes. The second order does not arrive. I am hungry, pissed off, and down 40$ for absolutely nothing. By this time, the restaurant is closed, and I have to call again the following day for the full refund. Manager (I believe named Al?) Is thankfully very competent. Quickly and efficiently refunds me the full amount. I would rate the manager’s service a solid 5/5 stars. However the conduct of the previous team members leaves much to be desired. I will not be purchasing from here again, and would recommend to only dine in at this location (at your own risk) due to this experience.

I ordered some boneless wings and breadsticks for carryout, which I have done many times before from other locations. However, the boneless wings were one of the most disgusting and unappetizing things I have ever paid for. The wings were just rubbery bites of plain chicken that the breading had completely fallen off of, and instead was swimming in a puddle of grease that was supposed to be garlic parm sauce. I have reached out through the appropriate channels multiple times to speak to someone at the location but I haven’t heard anything back. I have no idea how anyone saw this and thought it was ok to serve.

I love Pizza Hut, but we just had the worst pizza we have EVER received from Pizza Hut. We’ve never ordered from this location, we usually get ours from the Pizza Hut in our hometown. We ordered the New York pepperoni, six cut pizza.
It was WAY overcooked, you couldn’t even fold it, all it did was crack and break, way over-seasoned all kinds of herbs and stuff all over the top of it, the topping was like leather. There was absolutely no cheese pull at all. We only ordered at 20 minutes in advance so I don’t know how they overcook it this badly. I’m thinking it might’ve been a leftover pizza from some one else. It just didn’t seem fresh. Also, it was not a six cut, it was a seven cut. That’s weird. It wasn’t even hot. I will never order from the store again. Ever!!

Phone call is immediately directed to a customer service rep overseas. Broken English is their language, not mine. After struggling with the details of the order over the phone, I am told the price. Over $60 for two pizzas and an order of bread sticks. NO THANKS!

They do not tell you until after you order that they are using DoorDash for delivery. Food arrived 30 minutes late, everything was cold, and they charge a $6 delivery fee in addition to a driver tip. Won’t order from here again.

The stuffed crust is the way to go! Made fresh and they’ve got a fairly simple menu that’s easy to choose from. They sell Cinnabon mini rolls here also. Yum.

One of the few ones around, I go out of my way to order here when I can! Even though it’s a pick up spot, quality is good and service has always been pleasant as well. Deals are great too! The other week I got one large supreme pan for $12 and the thin crust for $10! Really great savings for 3-4 meals.

First time they got my crust wrong. I called the store to let them know several times within a 3 hour time frame but no one picked up. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. This time they charged me more than what I was quoted on the phone. Manager Jade was extremely rude and unprofessional and said she’d rather throw away the whole pizza than give me the price I was quoted on the phone. If they’d rather lose customers for only $2 for such mediocre pizza then you know to stay away from this company as there plenty of much better quality pizza in the area.
