Social Profile:

Sparky’s Pizza was founded in the town of Sandy, Oregon in 1999 by the Sparks family. Since its founding, we have been providing the very best pizza around. Today, we have 6 locations between Mt. Hood and Portland. We love being your local neighborhood pizza joint! Pizza shouldn’t be a luxury; it should be a dietary staple. New York’s first pizzeria did so well because an honest slice of pie could be purchased by anyone. We’re proud to continue that same tradition, offering fresh, crispy, and delicious New York style pizza for pickup. Grab a single slice or a whole pie at any of our locations. If you call ahead we can typically have your entire order ready in 10 to 15 minutes.

Casual neighborhood pizza joint offering slices & build-your-own options (some have craft beers).

I’ve been this place a few times and I’ve always been happy with the taste of the pizza and how much care they put into their work: now this won’t always happen, but this time around I was about two dollar short for there sliced soda lunch special. The lady in the counter was so nice She spotted me the rest now that is amazing service almost no place would do. Although most likely that won’t happen to the fact that she was going to do so is really cool thing. The slices are also cut big. I will come to this place as much as I possibly can. This is better pizza than some of the slices I had in New York City itself on my first visit to that city. Hope many of you see this, give this place a shot.~

My first experience wasnt great with a phone in pick up order. 2 out of 3 pizzas Burnt on the bottom and sent out anyway. I thought, oh well, never go back. A year later I was waiting at ups and was hungry enough to try them again. The by the slice pizzas are a great option at great value with the a soda.

Customer service is good. Always courteous when calling in for a pizza. The employees are all very friendly. Have never had a bad pizza. I recently got a new knee, I’m using a cane, the staff carries my pizza out for me to my car. That’s going above and beyond customer service.

This is the best pizza outside New York and LA. I was recently there on a trip to portland with my family and we loved it. The lovely young girl running the shop was very nice and friendly providing fast service. Thank you

Wow! I haven’t had a really good pizza like Sparky’s Pizza in Sandy Oregon. It’s a hidden gem! The pizza is delicious and of good quality, the customer service is great! It’s a decent serving size per slice of pizza, when I went they had about 4-5 different kind of pizza with different condiments and toppings. They also sell giant breadsticks and a reasonable price! The place is a little small but its clean and very inviting. They have a baseball theme with lots of cool autograph baseball pics on the wall. If you’re traveling or passing by Sandy Oregon definitely make a pit stop and have some of their delicious pizza!!

The good things are that parking is easy and its right in the middle of town. Thats about it. ! The pizza is mediocre to say the best, you get a smidge of attitude with your service and it’s overpriced by quite a lot.
I put the overpricing down to a greedy franchise owner that knows there are not too many options. Unfortunately for them in a few blocks is a better pizza shop. No slices though but better whole pies.
Skip this joint till they train their staff and take a lesson in economics.

Don’t be fooled…
Definitely NOT a 14″ pizza. The box is only 13″!
Edit: that was one of the worst pizzas ever. Barely any sauce. Like….that’s where the flavor is supposed to be. So why didn’t I get any sauce?? Just not good …. Maybe change your name to “Pizza by Alfredo”.

When I tell my kids (ages 2 and 4) that we are getting pizza, they always ask if we are getting “regliar” pizza, or “yucky” pizza. “Regliar” pizza is Sparky’s. It has set their taste bud standards and they refuse to accept anything else. We are moving to another state soon and I am loath to try to find another pizza place that meets with my little foodies’ high standards.
