First time here. There was no wait. And the food was hot and delicious with large portions. Service was slow but they were fairly busy on a Friday night. Overall we liked it and will come back. Had the all you can eat catfish which came with 2 sides and 3 large planks of fish. Left very full without ordering any more fish. Husband and sister had a huge chicken fried steak meal each and the kids macaroni was a hit with my 5 year old niece. Prices were very reasonable for the food we got.

So happy they brought breakfast back! This place is so delicious! High quality ingredients, from the wheat grain bread, hickory smoked bacon, scratch biscuits, scratch gravy, eggs cooked to perfection with very little grease. The skillet potatoes are perfect and fresh not frozen and the loaded ones are fantastic! Breakfast enthusiasts should definitely come here. We didn’t get to try the french toast made gourmet on french bread but will next time!

We stopped in after a basketball game in Eufaula and I am so glad we did! Dobber’s Roadhouse was amazing. All the food was delicious, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was fun.
Our waitress, Shauna, was the best – she was helpful with food suggestions, local things to do and very attentive. We would definitely make the hour drive to eat there again. I highly recommend Dobber’s Roadhouse the next time you are in the area.

My Point Of View
We went here for the first time tonight.
I got the flat steak with fries and okra. The okra was very good and tasted homemade.
We had chips and salsa, the salsa reminded me of Jardines, which I like, so pretty good.
My favorite thing we ate was the onion rings. If you get them fresh and hot, they almost melt in your mouth. So good.
Service was friendly although a bit slow.

If you want some down home cooking this is the place for you. It’s like what you would want to cook at home, but won’t take the time to do it. I should have stopped at the entree, but I capped it off with some cobbler. Large portion on the onion rings. The Chicken parmesan was huge. Meatloaf was sold out, but the at another table said it was great. I settled for the chicken fried steak. I know a lot of people do that, but it was fresh made and covered in gravy so I really enjoyed it. My wife shared some catfish and have to say it was perfectly breaded, fluffy and lightly seasoned. Seasoning wasn’t the standard bag mix and they make their own tarter sauce. A do recommend the green beans, so tasty. Great service and won’t break the pocket book. Great find!

Yummy Mouth Watering food. Service is always good. Atmosphere is comfortable.
I drive about 2 1/2 hours to get there. It is always worth the drive.
My favorite has always been the Coconut Cream Pie, but now I have a new favorite. Fried Pickles. My friend ordered them, well let’s just say, we needed 2 orders. I have never had such good fried pickles. The prices are good too.

Wow! The rumors are true, this is a good place to eat! My husband had the hamburger steak with green beans and loaded mashed potatoes. The green beans were string beans with a smoked flavor, delicious! I had the grilled chicken breast with mushrooms, onions and cheese on top with a side salad and mashed potato with extra brown gravy. I enjoyed everything on my plate! We also split chips and salsa as our appetizer. Salsa had a nice flavor not to hot/ spicy with nice size chunks of tomato. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only tiny detail, that could be better is the mashed potatoes. They needed a tad bit more “love”. Better known as flavor, salt, butter, garlic or some thing… They were still good with brown gravy though! We look forward to our next visit! Thank you for having us keep up the good work!

Wow! Excellent place. Food was amazing, service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was – well, cozy. Had the chicken fried steak, (the size of the platter), white cream gravy was well-seasoned and delicious, okra was lightly battered and tender, baked beans were tangy with a smooth BBQ flavor, bread reminded me of the rolls from Colton’s steakhouse. Chips and salsa appetizer is very good. Prices were average for a Saturday night. Place was packed – always a good sign.

Absolutely delicious!!
Portions are generous, staff is very polite and price is very reasonable.
Approximately 5 or 6 miles from highway 69 and well worth the drive.
Only downside is there is poor cell service here. They do have wifi, but we didn’t ask for password so not sure if one is available for guests.

We have visited this restaurant many times. Food and service are always WONDERFUL!!! Staff is always very friendly!
Tonight, 4/30/2024, we had 2 appetizers, shrimp stuffed with cheese & jalapeno then also fried mushrooms. Our main dinner was the smoked prime rib. It was amazing!!
11/2/2024 we had this same meal with exception of the mushrooms. It was exceptions again!!!
2/11/2025 Swiss Mushroom Burger and fries plus hubby having a Bacon Cheese Burger. Really really good burgers!!
