Heard great things about this place so wanted to give it a try! We went here on a Saturday afternoon and it was decently busy.

We got the iced maple oat latte, iced fresca, italian stallion, and bangin blt. Drinks came out quickly and food took about 10 minutes. The sandwiches were really good and filling (especially the stallion)! Really wanted to try the donuts too but they were out, you have to order ahead or come early as soon as they open for them.

The place is cute but seats are limited and right by the street and next to trashcans fyi! You’ll have to do street parking or park at a garage and walk over to get there. Overall loved the food and a great place to go to for a quick bite if you’re hanging in the area!

This is a real cute tiny cafe wedged into a building shared with the Tampa Theater along Polk Street. I’ve walked along here in the evenings so many times and always wanted to try it, but since it’s a coffee shop/ cafe it closes earlier in the day.

Now of course, we wanted to try the mini sugar donuts that are well known here. But they are so well known that they were completely sold out before 10am on a Saturday when we stopped in. Huge bummer. But you can call a day ahead to reserve a bag of them which is good to know, so we’ll definitely be back to do that.

I did try a chai latte and wasn’t super impressed with it. It was really sweet, though the menu described it as “fairly sweet”, so I can’t imagine what the sweeter coffees are like.

The little shop is so cute and they do serve other food. Even though the first experience wasn’t the best I definitely plan on coming back to try again.

Had to stop here while in Tampa for a day. We ordered the bacon, egg & cheese and the sausage, egg and cheese and a cookie! So yummy! Best breakfast sandwich, served hot! and i can’t even imagine how good the lunch ones must be! Will definitely recommend and hopefully be back soon!

I tried their sourdough cinnamon donut. They were SO good. I could have eaten the whole box. Definitely will have to try other food from the menu.

Best donuts in Tampa handsdown. They’re the perfect combination of sweet with a hint of salty and believe it’s sourdough. You can taste the quality and it’s not over the top heavy like a dessert. Will be coming back 100%. If you want them your best bet is to wake up early and order online.

SuperNatural Food & Wine is a downtown Tampa hidden gem. Cozy vibes, friendly staff, and unreal food. The Italian Stallion sandwich was loaded with flavor, and their famous sourdough donuts are worth the hype — they sell out fast, but you can call ahead to preorder. I picked mine up late and they still held it for me. Amazing food, amazing people.

The donuts here are amazing, so are the sandwiches. Need to come back again and really get a good say on the coffee but the selection looks great. The vibes here are amazing. Definitely recommend walking over if you work nearby.

Life changing donuts

UPDATE: came back at a later date. They open at 7:30, I arrived at 8:15 on a Thursday morning. They were somehow already sold out of donuts (it happens) but I waited in line for about 10 minutes to be told they also don’t have espresso. Therefore the two things I came for, they did not have. The food is good, but seems like they need to focus on improving their operations.

Not only do we devour their Italian stallion sandwiches at least once a week for lunch, Supernatural catered our wedding so we could create this incredible sourdough donut tower of our dreams!! Wes, Madeline, and the entire team here are absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and order breakfast and lunch from them asap! And seriously consider hiring them for your next catered event. 100000/10 would recommend Supernatural Food and Wine!!!

Great Hole in the Wall – Good things can come from small places and they deliver on both sandwiches and donuts. The sourdough donuts have the texture of a traditional cake donut, but with a lot more flavor. The sandwiches are huge, to the point of barely possible to take a normal bite. Chicken salad is not too creamy. Italian Stallion, spicy, has a nice amount of “heat.” Be prepared to find a park bench if you want to eat in downtown.
