I can’t believe people are giving a low star rating on Cousin Vinny’s. I have been eating there for a while. It is really good food for yesterday’s prices. I haven’t had anything on the menu I didn’t like. And the hours are great for us late night people. I have not dined at this location because they have no tables. I think that’s why people are giving low stars to the atmosphere. The service is great and the people are nice. I guess I could bring a paper plate and sit on the floor to eat it. But I think they would stop being nice if I did that.

Cousin Vinny’s consistently delivers hot and fresh pizza. My personal favorite is the pepperoni with extra cheese, which never disappoints. Whether you choose traditional or thin crust, the pizza is always delicious. The thin crust is perfectly crispy, flavorful, and satisfying.
I recently tried Vinnys Deluxe pizza. While it’s not my top choice, others may enjoy its unique flavor profile.
Vinny’s also offers a variety of breadsticks. I recommend the traditional breadsticks topped with garlic and Parmesan, served with a dipping sauce—though I prefer nacho cheese over marinara.

Honestly, the pizza I got was a mess. It looked like it had been through a war zone before it even arrived. Overall, it was just a really average pizza experience. I probably won’t be ordering from there again anytime soon.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. They put my pizza on the stoop, never knocked while I waited 2 hours to eat after a 16 hour work day. I called for a refund and they said the owner would have to do it the next way. It was 2 weeks ago. I called the store and asked about it and they said there is a $15 credit on my account. I said no – I was to be refunded and no I won’t be ever using your services again. They said I have to call back in 2 weeks after he is off vacation to get my refund. This place is an absolute joke.

My family and I have eaten here plenty of times but after getting to the bottom of my drink to realize I’ve been drinking chunks of some sort I don’t think I’ll be eating here again:/ highly disappointed
When researching it , it appears it could be mold and this should be looked into. When reached out to manager i seemed to be brushed off and he acted defensive “nobody else has complained”
Not looking for compensation but wanted to make it aware

Late night Cousin Vinny’s Pizza order from the Huber Heights location.
Vinny’s has changed their delivery area in the last couple of years, and they no longer directly deliver to my address. Postmates had a promo offer, so I decided to try delivery through them.
The Postmates menu for delivery is so wonky. You can’t submit special instructions for anything. If you want to do a half and half pizza, you have to create a custom pizza and pay for each topping, ($1.19 per topping). The app charges extra for regular pizza sauce on the pizza, (94 cents extra). Extra sauce is the only free selection for sauce preference. The prices are already extremely inflated, ($20 just for a large one topping), so this is rather frustrating.
I ordered the Veggie Revival pizza, bread sticks, and a chocolate chip cookie. The last time I had the Veggie Revival pizza, was from the Siebenthaler location and it wasn’t good at all. I used to love this pizza 10ish years ago. The pizza from Huber was made much better, but the extra sauce was too much for me. I fully blame the Postmates platform and their limited/ridiculous options and extra prices.
Everything was okay. Didn’t quite hit the spot after I waited 2 hours and 16 mins for delivery, and everything was cold. The bread sticks were the best part. Again, fully blaming Postmates and not Vinny’s.
Side note, I sent an email to Vinny’s to let them know about the frustrations of the Postmates app and I did not hear back. I also reported the late and cold food to Postmates and they gave me a credit. Maybe, (hopefully), someone at Vinny’s will see this and reach out. Until then, this is the feedback that I have. ♀️

Hands down the Huber Heights Vinny’s is the best around. I travel across town to this location. The food is always hot and made to perfection. The staff is top notch and always welcoming. It’s worth the drive and stays hot on the drive back.

Do not order from this place. Literally took the money from my card and then told me it was declined. Called up there to be told there was no order and they couldn’t tell me why. Now I have to “wait until the end of the business day” to get my money back for what? They don’t say anything on the website that this could happen. Go somewhere else so you don’t waste your time.

The management at this location is horrible. I ordered a delivery and after eating half of my hoagie I realized there were THREE pieces of BLACK hair in my sandwich. I decided to call to get a refund or replacement order, and first someone answered the phone and put me on hold to speak with a manager. The “manager” I spoke with then transferred me to there actual manager who was extremely rude. I explained to him my concerns about my experience and food service. He then told me I needed to have to entire sandwich to get a replacement. I explained I had already ate half of the sandwich before realizing there was hair in my food. He told me there was nothing he could do and slammed the phone and hung up. Never said sorry about the inconveniences or anything. I am very disappointed with my order.
