I am very disappointed in all the changes lately. They’ve not helped make them better. I’ve been a fan of theirs for years. Tonight in my teriyaki chicken delivery order, not only did I not get fried rice as requested, I got very dry chicken without any seasoning. The chicken wasn’t its usual sliced up chicken breast either. And the teriyaki sauce they put in the side was pure water/juice not the typical thick sauce I’ve gotten from them before. I hope they can go back to how they used to be. I was trying to like them and continue supporting but I just can’t eat this anymore, they’re making it too bland. 🙁

Used to come here all the time. Haven’t been for a second and walked in and was confused. Sushi was very sloppily made. Definitely not worth the price or trip to come here anymore. Califonia roll tasted like fridge.

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The sushi was incredibly fresh and full of clean, vibrant flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite — the fish was tender, smooth, and beautifully prepared. Each roll was balanced and satisfying without feeling heavy.
And I have to mention the fried rice — it was so yummy! Perfectly seasoned, fluffy, and packed with flavor. It paired so well with the sushi and honestly could stand on its own.
The customer service was just as impressive. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire meal. They checked in thoughtfully and created such a welcoming atmosphere.

I am extremely disappointed. Last night I went to this restaurant with my sister and my brother-in-law. We ordered ramen soup, and there was a cockroach inside the soup. Yes, a cockroach.
We still paid the full bill of $100, and the only thing they did was remove the soup from the check. No apology, no real accountability, no compensation for such a serious health issue.
I used to be a very frequent customer, but it’s obvious something has changed, possibly new management, and not for the better. This is unacceptable, unsanitary, and disrespectful to customers. I will never come back and I do not recommend this place at all.

do not recommend this restaurant. This review is as of February 10, 2026. I used to be a loyal customer and ordered food from this place almost every day. The food used to be excellent. Unfortunately, over the past few months, it appears the restaurant has changed ownership twice, and the quality has drastically declined.
The food is now extremely overpriced and very poor in quality. It is honestly some of the worst food I have had in a long time. The service is also unacceptable. The person at the front desk provides very poor customer service and is unprofessional.
Additionally, my experience with Uber delivery has been terrible. Orders arrive incorrect, and the food that does arrive tastes awful.
Sadly, this restaurant is not what it used to be. I cannot recommend it.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! The gyoza was perfectly done — crispy and golden on the outside, yet soft and juicy on the inside. Each bite had just the right balance of texture and flavor, and you could tell it was cooked fresh and right on point.
The baked Orgasm Roll was also amazing. It came out warm with a lightly crisped top, full of rich flavor without being overwhelming. The outside had that satisfying slight crisp, while the inside stayed soft, tender, and perfectly balanced. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and incredibly satisfying.
Great flavor, great texture, and beautifully executed dishes. Definitely a place I’ll return to!

Salad that had a whole layer of water in the bottom and sushi that the avocado is brown and cucumber not even looking like cucumber. Not seeming fresh at all. The food is unfortunately BEYOND hit or miss…sometimes we get it and it’s the best and next time it’s the worst or just lacking quality/worthiness of price. Very sad. A little passion could go a long way.
With issues on quality control over multiple orders, we will not try this place again and do not recommend.

This is a Japanese restaurant located near Disney and Disney Spring. We had a big family dinner. There were many varieties of Sushi. The waiter recommended special dishes. The sashimi was very fresh and the teppanyaki was amazingly delicious. There was also Japanese sake. It was a delightful dinner and we will be back！！❤️

Don’t waste your money, I didn’t see all the new 1 star reviews until after I ordered through Uber Eats. Even with bad reviews I tried to stay optimistic. Walking in at 6:30pm and not a single person in the restaurant should’ve been a sign. Orange chicken tasted microwaved, miso ramen with pork, the pork was so dry. We got teriyaki chicken and shrimp and the shrimp was rubbery, the sauce was watered down and tasted odd.
I’ve ordered food for years from Jumbo but something has changed and they suck now.
