Really nice experience here every time. The staff is kind, friendly, and genuinely takes the time to get your order right without rushing you. They’re generally very generous with toppings, which I always appreciate, and the food is consistently fresh and satisfying. You can tell they care about both the quality and the customer experience. I must admit, considering I came minutes away from closing, I still received pleasant and fast service. This place has a food line setup so take your pick taco,burrito or bowl. Everything was good. I will definitely be trying it again to get the entire experience. ABSOLUTELY, Every order comes with Tortilla Chips!!! There Is A Help Your Self SALSA BAR!… I’m not sure if they serve alcohol, but they really should. It would make this place perfect…Moe’s appears to be an authentic Mexican restaurant, it definitely tastes like it. The Staff was friendly, I asked for a Tortilla with my chicken bowl and wasn’t asked to pay extra (unlike Chipotle; they charge for Everything). There is An Outdoor sitting area… With the weather being such a delight I will be cheating myself if I didn’t go back to experience the Outdoor ambiance. At Moe’s, You can actually differentiate between white and brown rice. The food was seasoned to perfection… Thank You Moe’s You Did Not Disappoint.

They have gotten soooooooo expensive. $4 for a drink. 1 quesadilla was almost $22! Was supposed to be 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak. So they charge you for meats in general now? What is it? This location is a scam. 2 meals and an order of queso was $52 because they didn’t add anything up as a combo. Cherry on top is they gave us like a handful of crushed chips in the bag. Same meal at a different location would have been $10 cheaper if they rang the order up in an honest way.

This is the least professional location of Moe’s. I have ever ordered food from. They ignore order notes and make up burritos and tacos as they go. Some people have food allergies and when you mess up the order, they have to throw the entire order away! Get some real help at this location.

It’s a rice and corn burrito slathered in sauce for gods sake. Not even any lettuce on this. Straight in the garbage. Also didn’t ask for pickled jalapenos.

Stop to get something quick and they thought they could just throw my food together. Like I wouldn’t notice the cold potatoes mixed in my build your own burrito bowl. The other bowl my partner purchased had rice that wasn’t thoroughly cooked (crunchy). I should’ve taken the hint when the cashier at the drive thru window told me she don’t eat the food. Totally disappointed in the quality. It looked amazing for presentation, but to eat…Naw. I had to take it back for a redo!

The food was fine but customer service was lacking.They do not put out mobile orders you have to go to the counter to ask for them. I cannot hear too well when in noisy environments so lady who gave me the order was very rude because I could not understand her too well.

24$ for a burrito with steak so chewy I had to spit it out and chips with queso, all of the food looked like it had been sitting out all day, and the interior atmosphere was more like a prison than a proper restaurant.

UPDATE: after improving a bit they have returned to their old ways… ordered 3 tacos all the same way and all 3 barely had any beef (see photo). Also, salad we ordered did not have any dressing with it and toppings were sparse so it was very bland. Maybe they are trying to save money from Covid loss revenue but Disappointing to say the least….A year ago I gave them 4-1/2 stars and said this location was “consistently good”. They have changed my opinion. Ordered online tonight (only 2 items) and they omitted the dressing for my salad and the queso side item. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time out of 5 online orders in the past year that they have omitted the queso. My last few times I have checked first before I leave with food but was distracted by a phone call on way out. To make matters worse, there was hardly any chicken in the salad. Quality has definitely gone down in the past year.
