Been coming here since they were located on Pinal before Casa Collective, nothing but love for this gem of a food truck. NO ONE is doing chicken wings like this In Casa Grande for all the ones sitting in the back! You like your canes? That’s fine, I like flavor . Be prepared to wait 15-20 mins even for a small order, only “negative” I can think of which it isn’t one knowing your food is going to be incredibly hot and fresh! This white boy is thrilled with Bird box if you can’t tell.

Im going to get right to it. The meat is succulent, with juicy flavor. Not over or undercooked. Everything was cooked to perfection. No exaggeration. Amazing brisket. Well seasoned and tender. Collard greens remind me of home each bite. The lemon pepper hot chicken wings were hot and tasty. The loaded fries with shrimp and brisket had me excited for each bite accompanied by honey sauce. The mac and cheese was great with the meal and the cornbread was a nice filler in the meal. The catfish is the best I’ve ever had (the previous best I had was a great spot in Virginia). The whole menu is going to be something you’ll love.

The GREENS, OMG! That Pot Liquor is DIVINE! I could eat a whole pot of those greens! The chicken wings are the best ftied chicken in Casa Grande, fried Zucchini is the best I have had…love their ghost pepper and jalepeno seasoning, the dumpling pot stickers are yummy, too. But those GREENS…I can’t wait for them to be fully stocked with them here in CG all the time…i am hooked. DO NOT BUY THE GREENS…leave them all for me @Andre, no wonder you asked me for my honest feedback on the greens…you knew that broth was going to blow my mind! I want that recipe, man!

Since it is a food truck type atmosphere at the moment, it was a little hot, but the food and the service OMG OMG !!! AMAZING !! Well worth the money, and heat !! Will return repeatedly !! Would recommend to anyone who LOVES BBQ.

I’ve ate bird box food many times since I found out about them great service through phone & in person very busy but worth the wait. Today I had my wings made too hot for me I thought I had ordered correctly then realized I said the wrong wings It had been a while since I ordered from their menu and I didn’t ask questions I found out after I called them to asked why were they so hot they aren’t usually to hot for me they did there best to understand me and explained to me the difference from the wings I ordered I apologize and said thank you that it was my mistake I had ordered wrong wings this time and the cook/owner a great guy had still offered too remake my wings for me when I ordered my wings wrong I said no thank you he said he wanted me to be happy with my food that remaking the wings for me wasn’t a problem at all that’s great customer service (:

Wow!! This may have been the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Coming from Chicago, I have high expectations in terms of my BBQ food. But this food truck was incredible. I was welcomed as soon as I got in line. Customer service was amazing and the owners really take pride in their food and it shows in flavor. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The wings were so good. Perfect ribs as well. I’ll DEFINITELY be back soon. Thankful this spot was recommended to me!
