I’m obsessed with this new Thai spot! It’s a small, family-owned gem with authentic flavors and super welcoming staff. The food was delicious – that F8 rice was a highlight that’s only available at this location ! Portions were dinner-size (fed 3 people) and prices were really affordable.
-Von Thai’s got some downsides. Parking’s a nightmare – spots are scarce and some people don’t seem to know how to park. And, tbh, customers can be kinda rude, I noticed while picking up. But… the staff were super lovely and kind! They even gave me free soup and spring rolls for the 30-minute wait . Guess it’s a bittersweet spot, but the food (and staff!) make it worth it! 10/10 would recommend.

1010! Their NEW WINGS with white rice are a GAME CHANGER. Sesame chicken’s still on point too. This place is a gem for Thai food and catering – send your peeps!

Von Thai is one of the best around. I’m a new customer and will continue to order from them. Their crab cheese is amazing! Today I tried the chicken Pad Thai–mild. It was just spicy enough. When I go in there the staff is friendly, it’s clean, my food is always warm and prompt. If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor because you will love it.

I’m a trucker from California and decided to walk across the street from the truck stop to try this place and holy heck this place is PHENOMENAL! I got the cheese crab and beef fried rice and I’m so glad I decided to stop here. Even came with some hot sour soup which was perfect since it’s freezing outside.

First time visit and wasn’t sure what to expect. Turned into enjoying the best peanut noodles I think I have ever eaten. Even called back to let them know how much I loved it. Will probably become my new weekend treat spot.

Are you kidding me? I had no expectations going in, but this was a 10/10 meal! For 20$ I got a peanut noodle chicken dish with 5 crab cheese rangoons both of which were delicious

This place is right around the corner from me so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the pad Thai and pork egg rolls, and all I can say is WOW. There’s a divine amount of flavor packed into the pad Thai. It’s delighting to the senses, isn’t it?! The pork egg rolls are fire as well, juicy and rewarding. Generous portions too!

Flavors definitely are different from West Coast as it is from the East Coast. They are both good…just different.
I had the T2 assorted veggies with chicken in brown soup with rice. My guest had the P3…I don’t know what it’s called.
We both really like our dishes! There are three levels of spicy, I got the middle and my guest got the hottest of them all!
It’s really good food! I don’t know how to describe it.
Although there are a limited amount of tables and chairs, it is carry-out only. Delivery by Hub Grub (not sure of any other carrier). Don’t let the interior fool you (needs updating)…they have very good food!

Have been coming here for years! Incredible Thai place. Great pad Thai, vegetable curry, drunken noodle, and sweet and sour ! Those are the family favorites! Staff is always very friendly on phone and in person on pick up!

Their food is okay but management needs to learn how to treat people better. I have gestational diabetes, so I cannot eat rice while I am pregnant without harming my baby. But when we asked the manager if we could substitute for steamed veggies (which are the same price as white rice on the menu) she said we would have to pay for the substitution. When we explained it’s the same price according to their menu, and asked if there could be an exception, she said “if you cannot afford the upcharge, then just get it with white rice.” (There are people who cannot eat white rice. I guess they deserve to be treated unfairly.) She then said they are a small business like this somehow explains why they cannot make exceptions. That’s the opposite of my experience with small businesses; there’s less red tape, so exceptions based on rationality are easier to do. Anyway, there are other Thai places that are happy to make exceptions for people who need them (I’d suggest Alissa’s Thai). I will be bringing my business there from now on because the way you treat people matters.
