The posted price for the buffet is not what you actually pay. They add over 25% gratuity without notice. Some of the food is really good like the fish, shrimp and hush puppies. The cashier was carrying on a count with another customer and completely ignored us when we went to pay. Even after my husband moved his way in and offered her the ticket, she finally rung the order up and put the card into the card reader and turned back to the customer that she was talking to previously and continued her conversation. The service was the best thing about our visit on June 14, 2025

Went there for lunch. Wasn’t busy parking a little tricky but there was plenty of space. Food was good but not the best bbq I’ve had. The chicken was good a little greasy for me but tasted good. The veggies were bland. Not enough seasoning and they brought a basket of hush puppies that were nice and hot but again really had no flavor. It was a good value and people are nice

This was supposed to be a large bbq plate with liver hash and slaw. It’s more of a large liver hash plate with a side of bbq and a side of slaw. For $13 I expected bbq not a hash plate. I would suggest eating inside at the buffet and not take out. If you want bbq.

Food was good but service not so much. Went through buffet line and sat down…no waitress. Ate half my plate no waitress, no drink. Got up to find someone to ask for a glass of tea. She was nice and helpful but I wasn’t in her section. Had service been better I would have rated a 4 star.

Fries were not cooked done grease coming out of them..slaw was sour/old.. hush puppies were greasy as sin as well.. worst food I’ve ever gotten from cains
