First time dining here, went for our Valentine’s Day dinner. Made reservations two weeks in advance and got seated within a few minutes of our time. Very nice ambiance, service was prompt and friendly, and food overall very delicious. My favorite was the Zabuton steak, super tender and it had a green sauce on top that complimented it very well. Sides were flavorful and mac & cheese was very cheesy. All appetizers we ordered were generous portions. They split the Caesar salad for us (which I like) and had a surprise chocolate box at the end, which was a nice touch. Been to many steakhouses in Las Vegas, and this one definitely stood out and is one we’ll go back to!

There is no question, this is top 5 steakhouses in Las Vegas. It has all the things- fabulous food, gorgeous and romantic vibe and the absolute best service!
I have dined here many many times. If you live in Vegas and have friends or family visiting you from out of state you should take them here. It has easy parking, accommodations for any type of food, allergy or restrictions, it has all of the best the strip could offer, but it’s conveniently located at the Palms.
I absolutely enjoy the ambience, the incredible service and consistently delicious food. They have a social hour where they offer special pricing on certain items on their menu mon-thurs.
This time we ordered all of the seafood options and they did not disappoint! Miso Chilean Seabass, crabcakes, New England clam chowder, lobster bisque and Hamachi Crudo.. wow all absolutely delicious!!! If you are looking for a romantic place with a wide range of delicious flavors this is absolutely your spot to visit. Even their bathroom is beautifully decorated! Funny, I know, but they have thought of every single detail throughout.

Had trouble getting a reservation at some other steak houses and gave the palms a try. What an absolute amazing experience. 5/5 great service and the food was hands down amazing. I am a Vegas local I can tell you this is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Well worth the journey off the strip, you will not be disappointed the egg salad Sando was outstanding and the bone in fillet was outstanding. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL on every level. Steaks were perfect and incredible sides im telling you order not 1 not 2 but 3 ORDERS of those mushrooms. In my 50 plus years eating at steak houses. BEST IVE EVER ATE. Garlic mash excellent, Mac and cheese excellent, asparagus was average the hot rolls and butter WOW!!
Our Filets were tender not sure seemed dry aged but cooked perfect.
IMPECCABLE Service as well. We WILL be back.

Brought my friend in today to celebrate her getting back from out of the country. We were greeted by 2 very nice young ladies at the counter. One of the young ladies seated us and our server Joseph S. came right over. He started us off with drinks. I had a glass of Moscato and my friend had a dirty martini with Ketel One. For appetizers we did a wedge salad and a crab cake. Then for dinner I have the New York strip oscared and my friend had the salmon. For our sides we had potato puree, cream corn and brussel sprouts. And for dessert! I had the sticky toffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Everything was absolutely delicious!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hot, fresh, seasoned too perfection! No condiments were needed for my steak or her salmon! But, the highlight of dinner was executive chef Neko came out and took a picture with us! He was extremely nice! our server Joseph and our buser also was very nice! We will definitely be back! Food was a 10 out of 10! Excellent steakhouse at Palms casino, I love the attention to detail, the devotion to prompt and friendly service, and the food is out of this world. I got a 12 oz rack of lamb cooked Rossini style, with foie gras and wine reduction sauce, the chef decided to add fresh truffle shavings on top, for a splendid surprise when the dish arrived. I also got creamed spinach. On a previous visit, last year, I and a young woman I had been courting decided to get the steak for two, raw oysters, and some fancy desserts.

We’ve eaten here twice in the last week. The first time was when we were just visiting the palms and decided to go for the social hour. Our waiter was great (though for some reason I can’t remember his name, sorry). We shared the Brie fondue, a wedge salad, lobster bisque, a ribeye cap and truffle fries. Most everything was very good. Tge exception being tge lobster bisque, which my husband wouldn’t eat. It could have at least had some lobster in it. We also had a piece of the chocolate cake, which was very good.
We decided to go for our anniversary last night. The waiter, Again, didn’t remember his name, but it was a different person, did see. To interested in us and never wished us a happy anniversary. He only checked back as we finished parts if the melt see what else we wanted. We had the wedge salad again, still very good. I had the short ribs, I wouldn’t order it again. It was very fatty. I ate one of the 2 pieces of short rib abc half was unrendered fat which I removed from the plate. I asked the bus person if that was typical, he said he’d never had it but, yes. Upon reheating the leftovers, I found an abundance of little pieces of fat or cartilage which I had to remove, very unappealing. Likely what made the whole dish greasy and what grace me The horrible reflux. See pics of tge dat pieces. My husband had the lamb shank, which he thought was good. We shared the macaroni, very tasty! And the toffee pudding, also very good! Wish I’d thought to take more photos.

I always treat myself to a premium steak when visiting Las Vegas. Our server Joseph was solid with his customer service skills. We ordered the 16oz Bone in Filet Mignon, truffled fries and fried rice with shrimp. Honestly it was so delicious and cooled perfectly! Can’t wait to visit again.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse! From start to finish, everything was exceptional.
I ordered the seabass with mushrooms and bok choy, and it was cooked perfectly—light, flavorful, and beautifully plated. My husband had the NY strip steak cooked medium, and it was prepared exactly as requested—tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
For appetizers, we shared the French onion soup and the bone marrow, and both were outstanding. The soup was rich and comforting, and the bone marrow was perfectly seasoned and indulgent. Our sides—macaroni and cheese and wagyu fried rice—were delicious and complemented our entrées perfectly.
To drink, I had the “New Year, New Me” cocktail, which was absolutely amazing—refreshing and perfectly balanced. My husband enjoyed three dirty martinis with blue cheese olives, and they were made just right.
A special thank you to our waiter, James, who provided excellent service throughout the evening. He was attentive, professional, and made sure our dinner last night for my husband’s 42nd birthday dinner was truly one for the books. His attention to detail and warm personality made the night even more special.
We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for a special occasion or a top-tier dining experience
