Ordered the big box and everything was just . The wings are supposed to be spicy garlic… we mixed the sauce it still looked terrible and didn’t taste like spicy garlic. The breadsticks taste underbaked. They charge extra for toppings and our pizza barely even had any toppings. Ordering double pepperoni and getting one pepperoni per slice is… this is the second time we order and it’s not good. Just avoid this Pizza Hut

Ordered a triple treat and received 1 pizza, cinnastix, and bread sticks.. order was missing an entire pizza and the bread sticks had no seasoning, cheese, etc. it was naked bread with grease/oil/butter on top (inedible). I chatted this info via the app and was called the next a.m. by the mgr who assured me she herself, had handed my husband 3 boxes. She implied that within the half mile we live from the store that he may have eaten/dropped/given it away (lmao). She offered a credit (I refused, was never my intent, only awareness) for the bread sticks but I’m not interested, even free food wouldn’t entice me back here. Do better Pizza Hut your mgmt needs to have some sort of customer service skills.

Ordered 2 pizzas and they got both pizzas wrong, the supreme was not supposed to have no mushrooms or jalapeños and the other was supposed to be cheese only per receipt. The pizza was cold like they delivered a pizza that was sitting then when I try to call they keep hanging up now they won’t answer I would never order from them again!!!!

I ordered a pizza for pickup. Im glad I checked the pizza before I left because the crust was light and cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. I asked the Hispanic lady at the counter can she put it in the oven for a little longer bc the cheese wasn’t melted all the way and she said OK. When she took it to the back the person making the pizza asked whats wrong and she told the girl what I said. The pizza maker then made a smart remark and they both started laughing.then came back to the counter and put her fake friendly voice on like I didnt just hear them. I wont buy pizza from here again…whoever it is in the back is making the pizzas how they want…too much sauce…no cheese and undercooked I rather go to newbern ave pizzahut than this mess…I miss living on the Northside

I have no complaints about the rock quarry location. Every time my food is hot and ready when I arrive. I haven’t had any issues with customer service and even the one time I ordered for delivery my food arrived still at good temp. I was hesitant because I have had some bad experiences with other Pizza Hut locations in the past but this staff here so far has never missed!

Fairly crappy place, I’ve never been to Pizza Hut were you get like less than 3 pepperoni per slice, cheap skates, why do they want you to tip when you pick up the food, it’s like damn you want me to cook it too? Horrible service, best just to go to dominoes!!! Don’t waste your money or time!

I ordered a large pizza 6 wings and a liter soda. $39.39 they didn’t deliver my soda. Told me to call back and they’d send it. But they didn’t answer the phone for over an hour and the store closed for the night. As straight up thievery. Ruby order from this location. Unless you want to be ignored when they ruin your order and get left on hold indefinitely listening to the automated recording asking you to come work for them.

1/30/2025 around noon. I bought a pizza from that Pizza Hut on Rock Quarry Rd. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was the worst pizza I ever spent my hard earned money on. It was like it was made without sauce or cheese. It was so dry and hard. I tried to lift up some cheese off the pizza but there was not enough to lift up.
It was just like the meat toppings were place on dry bread. Honest to God, it was so bad the pepperoni and sausage was falling of of the pizza. I bought it on my way to work. Can’t go there again. Oh, I was told I had to pay for Crushed red peppers, when other pizza places give it to you free for buying the pizza.

I ordered a large supreme pizza and a order of 6 wings through the Pizza Hut app. When I got there to pick up my order, it did take about a minute or two for someone to come to the front but once she came up, she was attentive and nice. I gave her my name and told her I had placed the order through the app. She brought me my order, I signed the receipt and left. My pizza and wings were warm and the order was correct. I had no issues.
