This Burger King was decent in the day when I’ve had it in the past, but the last five times I’ve gone after 11pm (they close at 1am and I work 3rd shift) my orders have been incorrect in some capacity. Usually sides are wrong or a missing item. However, this time at about 12:20am, they handed me my food quickly and tried to send me away without my drink. When I got back to work to eat in my car I noticed the texture on my burger was a bit off. I turned my dome light on to find I received an near raw Bacon King. Needless to say, lunch and my snack for later ruined. Sides were fine, but that’s not what I drove out there for. Some would say you shouldn’t go to a restaurant before close. But this is a fast food drive through and I wouldn’t consider 40 minutes before the windows close to be too late to order. Or a valid reason to serve raw food. I almost always place an in app order before coming to make the process faster and to get the reward points. Usually there’s a wait anyways. I should have been more suspicious when I was served so fast. Regardless. I’m done with Burger King and if you plan on visiting, especially later at night, inspect your food before you get too far or expect issues at the least. Excuse the lighting. It’s 90’s halogen bulbs

Went through the drive-thru less than 20 minutes before closing time. This is the FIRST time in my 45 years that i have gotten food (or anything else) so close to closing time and received 1) fresh food
2) friendly service 3) exactly what I ordered without sighs or an attitude that gives off an impression that I am just being a nuisance. Great job closing shift! Keep up the great work!

MY BURGER HAD HARD PLASTIC ON MY BURGER!! THEN WHEN I TAKE IT BACK TO BURGEE KING, THE “MANAGER” SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS LIKE SHE DID NOT CARE! THEN WHEN ASKED FOR COOPERATE OR GENERAL MANAGER DONT HAVE THE INFORMATION FOR THAT! CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO HE SHUT DOWN! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EATING HERE!

My husand and son came through drive thru around 8pm on 12/2. My husband was getting food for my son. Once he got to the window and they gave him his food. Thankfully my husband tasted my son’s fries before giving them to him. Because they were extremely cold and old. My husband a tually said they tasted like they just came out of the freezer. He asked the lady in drive thru for fresh fries because of this. And she proceeded to tell my husband that he was holding up drive thru. He got really upset because this food was for a child. A child that could have gotten sick and shouldn’t be served food like this. I told him to just leave and that I will call the manager on duty in the morning. Well I just called the manager on duty at 9am. And I told her about what happened. She didn’t seem to really care about the incident after I expressed my concerns that this food was given to a child. I did tell her that it seemed she didn’t care about the situation and that I was going to put in a complaint. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location.

My daughter and I went through drive thru on Nov 18th at 1:56 pm
We ordered an onion whopper, Ask For a cheesy Tots instead of fries and a large Dr Pepper. They failed to tell us until after we paid and got our meal that the cheesy tots were not included in the meal. I asked them while while you were taking my order why didn’t they Tell us that upon taking our order?? My daughter did not like the fries so that is the reason she wanted the cheesy tots. They were very rude with me and told me there’s nothing they can do except for me pay extra for the cheesy tots that we originally asked for. I then called and asked for a manager manager was very, very hateful and rude. I ended up calling corporate office, waiting on a callback from them and also sent them an email. I have worked in management and the food industry and if I would’ve ever treated a customer like they treated us I would’ve been written up or fired. We will never ever go back to that Burger King again. They need a lot of training on how to handle situations like this.! Very very very unprofessional. And these people great that they want $15 an hour for minimum wage?? I wouldn’t give them a penny for the way they treated us.

So we just came through drive through and I pulled out my daughters burrito and the paper it was wrapped in looked as though it had been chewed by something and I know good well they seen it because it didn’t even cover the dang burrito so we honk horn wait for girl and she rolled her eyes. Wish I had gotten a pic of that! 2nd I couldn’t eat my croissant will be posting pic we already had gotten on the interstate so too late now but this was the worst experience at the Lee hey location I have experienced!!!

And last but definitely not least Ms.WENDY are the kindest of souls and always have no matter what shift it can be at the break of dawn or late at night before closing the eagerness to satisfy each customer and each interaction with these women feel genuine. I know their families are blessed to have them a part of their life and I’m happy to have them part of our community. I don’t go to Burger King because the food is good I go there because the service that they provide makes me feel wholesome. AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW LETS THEM KNOW HOW SINCERE I FEEL ABOUT THEM AND THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE IT’S NOT ONLY ME IT’S EACH AND EVERY PERSON THAT COMES THROUGH THEIR LINE

Been here ten minutes waiting on whopper, watched rings sit on tray the whole ten minute they finally served me 11mimutes later cold noting while watched ten people in drive through be served. I asked for hot rings now burger cold . No smiles no apologies lame. Lobby empty and cool only reason yall get stars. Ketchup packets covered in sludge just disgusting cashier new too she just threw some away instead of rinsing it off

Worked a 14 hour shift. Wanted to get a burger to end my day. Went to the drive thru around 11 (they close at “1”) and got the excuse that they were only taking DoorDash orders and could not take a drive thru order bc they’re short staffed? Unbelievable. So I can sit in the parking lot and order it on door dash for double the money, but not at the window. Got it. Won’t be back.

Made a mobile order and was told they could not make it even though it was fully prepaid for before picking up. Said they would ONLY make DoorDash and Uber eat orders because it was paid for. And I explained how I had already paid and she refused to make my food. But the app wouldn’t let me cancel or get a refund and I explained that to her and she still refused to make my order. So I have tried contacting the general manager the last 3 days and keep getting told they aren’t in. So I just don’t recommend such a lazy place who refuses to work. Will pick a different location from now on.
