So I wanna start off by saying that Marcos is… or rather (WAS) my #1 favorite & only pizza shop for Friday Movie Night pizza!!
It has consistently tasted great and been exactly what I was looking for on movie night.
But a few weeks ago I was in there and placed my order; the lady rang me up – no problem. So I’m standing there… then after a few seconds I notice that the same lady is now over there making pizzas – WITH HER BARE HANDS!! She’s holding a handful of pepperoni in 1 hand and distributing them with the other…
I was just SOOO GROSSED OUT – SHE WAS JUST ON REGISTER – punching on those nasty greasy grimy buttons and handling cash & credit cards.
Now I KNOW that almost all pizza places make them bare-handed, but to pay attention and SEE IT just really grossed me out. I thought – “Maybe she washed her hands?? But there wasn’t enough time passed to have properly washed & disinfected her hands and UNDER HER NAILS & RINGS and then to dry them.
I only looked away for about 5 seconds and she went straight from the register – to the food! Now she COULD have used some of that “Hand Sanitizer” – but I WON’T WANT THAT IN MY FOOD EITHER!!
So while I’m contemplating this troubling lack of hygiene, the delivery guy comes in and goes back there where they’re making the food. Now they’re back there TALKING & LAUGHING – ALL OVER TOP OF THE PIZZAS while they’re making them. If a UV light had been on back there, it’s no telling WHAT kinds of particles & spittle could have been seen popping out of their mouth and all into somebody’s pizza. I was just absolutely appalled!!
I look outside to check on my car… look back… and now HE’S MAKING PIZZAS TOO – WITH HIS BARE HANDS!!! …
OMFG… I wanted to cancel my order SOOO BAD!!!
I don’t think I need to explain how absolutely DISGUSTING people’s hands are do I?? ESPECIALLY THESE DAYS!!
People out here sick & coughing ALL DAY – EVERY DAY, and to think of them making my pizza later.. Ummm… NO, I’m good!
So I’m going to start making my own pizzas on movie night from here on. I can’t even MAKE myself go in there again KNOWING all those sweaty bathroom-hands have been in my food – with all kinds of bits & pieces flying out of their mouth & into the pizza while they talk & laugh, and the trillions of bacteria living in & under their RINGS – right into the food!! No… I can’t do it!!
But if none of that matters to you, GO FOR IT!!
But ME… I’m done!! ⛔️

Ordered 2 pizzas and a deluxe calzone for pickup. My order included 3 sauces, but I only received 2 and one of them was wrong. The deluxe calzone had raw dough inside, and no it was not cheese. The pizzas were good, but it didn’t make up for the incorrect sauce and raw dough.

Take out is 10 minutes every time which I love! However, I order 10 piece chicken wings with BBQ sauce that appear to baked, they were just enough white meat inside but the skin of the chicken was not hard or crispy it was slimy. I had to cook them in the oven to get some kinda crispy to them. Other than that I love Marcos location! Very fast and friendly!

I like the quality of toppings from Marcos. I purchased two pizza bowls, Italian sub, and cinna bites. Everything was good and priced reasonably. I was surprised at the size of the pizza bowl. I definitely will have the sub and the bowls again

We ordered a sub to be delivered 1/31/24 in the evening. We said to have it toasted. It was delivered and the bread was burned on both sides and hardly any meat, cheese, onions or sauce. We tried to call them and the store was closed. What a waste of money, and to see the sandwich was extremely disrespectful to a paying customer.
The pictures are how it looked when I opened the sub. It was hard as a rock and dry. I was extremely unsatisfied. How could they serve food in this condition. I had to throw the sub in the garbage.
We purchased other food also. NEVER AGAIN.

This is the third time I have ordered from this Marco’s recently. The first time my pizza and breadsticks were burnt. The manage promised a free pizza the next time I ordered. The next time, “Oh there is no record of a free pizza.” This time, I ordered at 10:49 am, had to call at noon to find out where my pizza was (promised at 11:19am) and was told that they didn’t have any delivery drivers, so they were waiting for Door Dash to pick up. Finally, at 12:24 my pizza was delivered cold as day old pizza. I will not be giving any more chances. Never, will I order from here again!

Terribly disappointed in my order! I haven’t ordered from Marcos in quite a while but decided to take a break from my regular pizza shop. Ordered a large onion and sausage pizza …it seriously looks like whoever prepared the pizza actually placed one piece of sausage on each piece of the pizza! Dead center! The onions were even less! The bread sticks were flat and hollow. We were very disappointed.
