But still idk who to blame on ur team but I ordered a stake burrito with dubble stake and my order was nothing near I regular stake burrito. Disappointing visit during Chipotle’s Back Home BOGO at the Fort Pierce location (5545 Okeechobee Rd). I arrived at 8:28 and reached the counter at 8:45 PM, well before closing, and they were already out of vinaigrette and fajita veggies. How do you run a national promotion and not prep enough food or staff for the crowd you knew was coming?
The staff was clearly overwhelmed and it showed in the way they interacted with customers, rushed and rude. And the bowl my wife received had barely any ingredients in it…seriously? A fraction of the size of their standard bowls any other day. Look at the bowls in my photo. It honestly felt like they just wanted to get through the night.
I can’t speak for the other locations, but this location needs better planning and leadership. Total waste of my time.

Staff is not even close to friendly. In fact they are mean and rude to customers. The place is all messy around and dirty. PLUS! Tried to charge me for corn while they don’t even have tomatoes (pico de gallo) never coming back! I guess that was the host lady “Savannah” and it seems everyone is complaining about her!

By far one of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Took a visit last night around 8pm- customer service extremely horrible. Not one person was smiling- the attitude of all the employees including the manager was as if they were forced to be there.
When I say the entire shift that was working on 3/3/2026 at 8:00pm presented everyone in chipotle with poor customer service. From just throwing the food on the plate to rushing you to order all without a welcoming demeanor.
If I’m in the mood for chipotle; I’ll definitely drive 30 minutes away from home to be treated with great customer and good decent food.

Very disappointing. I ordered online for pickup, but after waiting 15 minutes in line, I was told they don’t use the pickup side. Completely pointless to order ahead at that point. I paid $14 for a steak burrito that was the size of my hand. When I asked why it was so small, cashier snickered and said she didn’t know because she doesn’t make them- very unprofessional attitudes.
The restaurant was also dirty — overflowing trash, messy drink area, and the front did not look cleaned or maintained. I left with a small, soggy burrito, cold high protein bowl and a drink for $35 total. Not worth it. I won’t be back.

Ordered a carnitas burrito bowl. Upon opening it, over half of the bowl was taken up with a HUGE piece of fat from the pork.. while I can appreciate real food, this is unacceptable. There is no way this went unnoticed as my bowl was being made, and there’s nobody on earth that would eat a half pound chunk of pork fat. I love Chipotle but I may have to rethink my dinner choice next time…. signed an absolutely DISGUSTED customer!

Ft Pierce Chipotle staff doesn’t care about getting the orders right and they send out horrible food! I ordered a simple taco the outside of the package had the correct order on it but inside they filled it with stuff I didn’t ask for And didn’t give me the things that I did ask for! I ordered the Sofritos. They put 1 teaspoon of Sofrito in each taco it wasn’t even enough to fill the taco across the bottom and they gave me corn salsa which I didn’t even ask for! I had more of that than anything in the taco. It was one of the worst lunches I’ve ever had and I paid $20 for it. It was Disgusting, covered in wetness with hardly any lettuce. I asked for cheese and didn’t get any…..If you don’t care about what you do you shouldn’t work there. I have always loved chipotle for their Sofritos and I talked my office into ordering from there only to be given one of the worst meals I’ve ever had! I didn’t bring a lunch and since I had to throw out most of the slop that they sent me I went hungry! If your a manager at this store shame on you! Pick up orders should mean just as much as a person who stands in front of you!

I was really disappointed with my experience today. First, the two girls at the front seemed to have an attitude toward us, which made the visit uncomfortable. When I asked for rice, I was only given about half a serving — I had to ask for more because there was barely any in the bowl.
Both employees also looked like they didn’t want to be there, and that really showed in the way they handled the food and interacted with customers. Lastly, when I was choosing my toppings (like tomatoes and cheese), the girl with red hair kept rushing me, and when I finished, she just tossed the bowl aside without any care.
Overall, the customer service and attitude of the staff really need improvement. I hope management can address this so future visits are better. The only good thing about this restaurant in the girl in the register, she’s actually nice and attentive.

I ordered a burrito bowl and I am disgusted! The rice is extremely over or under cooked. It is hard and crunchy. I couldn’t take a spoon of rice without a crunch. I also found a piece of blonde hair in my bowl. What makes it so bad is that, you can’t even get a person on the phone to acknowledge your complaint and issue a refund! You have to complete an online form and wait for someone to call you… if that ever happens. Horrible quality good and customer service. Will never eat here again!

The female employee Doug(or similiar name) needs more training. I already orderded double meat but she didn’t put 2 full scoop and I kind ask her to put just a little bit more and she refused and tried to charged me triple meat and insisted on it. Such terrible approach to a customer. She ruined my lunch unfortunately.
