The worst sub from Jersey Mike’s! Ordered 2 mini #9’s, one with No Bacon. Both came with bacon, and the most dried up roast beef I’ve ever had in 30+ yrs eating at JM! Looks like all the ingredients had been sitting around for awhile.

Went there and got ONE PIECE OF BACON on my sandwich . Then was told had to pay extra for more. I don’t mind paying for what I want but there’s no wayyyyy the employees are supposed to only put one piece of bacon on a 12 dollar sandwich, and just to show how petty they are they grabbed a already cut roll and decided to cut off 2 extra inches of bread “because it looked a little long” lol then they threw that piece out. Never dealt with anything like this at a Jersey mikes locations

Another location that doesn’t include what you’re paying for. Got a #6 Roast Beef with Provolone. Everything about it was good however, there was ONE paper thin slice of cheese. If you’re going to charge $11 for a half of a sub, at least put enough of the product on the sandwich. Of course, I have reviewed other locations, and negative feedback always falls on deaf ears, so I don’t know why I continue to go to Jersey Mike’s. The Howell New Jersey location is spectacular and always has been. It is the only location that gives you what you pay for. Legit, 15 cents of cheese. To the owner.. your practices have lost another customer. I will spend my $ where it is appreciated.

Store manager was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. He was talking to another employee when me and my sister arrived in the store. They did not stop talking and we were waiting for at least three minutes before he asked if he could take our order. I am gluten-free and they did not change over anything,so they use the same knife and same everything to make my sub. He was also cleaning the tub of mayonnaise and wiping the old crusty mayonnaise back into the fresh that they use on subs.

I love this place, but for the second time the person making my sandwich didn’t pay attention to my order. I asked for oil and vinegar ( he acknowledged my request)on the side so my sandwich wouldn’t be soggy tonight when I planned to have it.
Yes, I could’ve had them remake the order but that means throwing away the food.

I ordered a Giant 26 for dine In and it took forever to come out and when I bit into it, it was RAW even when I showed the workers they felt the same way and agreed it was extremely raw. The small Hispanic kid with long hair apologized for the other kid who made it for me and remade it for me. He did a wonderful job and to compensate for the garbage I was served the first time he gave me 2 free sub cards for me and my wife.
