We checked out China Bull Express after seeing their Instagram ads and decided to try it for dinner. Honestly, the portions felt kinda misleading.
We ordered everything to go and even left a 15% tip, but the value still didn’t feel right.
The to-go box looks packed at first, but they load it up with rice and noodles from the start, which makes it look like a lot of food. In reality, about two-thirds of the box is just rice and noodles, and the protein is added last and piled on top to make it look full. It felt like a portion trick.
We ordered black pepper chicken, bourbon chicken, Hong Kong chicken, and Cajun shrimp. The Cajun shrimp costs extra, but the shrimp portion was pretty skimpy and mostly onions. Once you dig in, it’s not really worth the price, especially considering the upcharge.
That said, Hong Kong chicken and bourbon chicken were the better options. The bourbon chicken had good flavor but was kinda dry. We arrived around 6 PM, so it didn’t feel super fresh.
If we come back, we’d probably try again during lunch hours and see if it’s better then. Hopefully next time the portions are more straight-up and the food is fresher.

Came on for a quick stop for lunch and my goodness I’m glad I did. I got the fried rice/bourbon chicken/Mongolian beef combo for 13$ with a bottle of water.
I absolutely did not expect to get two whole meals out of this The food is absolutely top notch. I don’t feel the need to add soy sauce or condiments to it, as the flavor is just that good. Communication with staff was just a little tough, but they were all kind and helpful. If you are looking for flavorful and price friendly Chinese food, put this at #1!

I saw China Bull Express on Tik tok, Instagram, and Facebook. It’s damn good Chinese for $11. The portion they give you is massive. Mongolian beef and Burbon chicken is delicious! The Lo mein noodles were awesome! Easily can turn into two days worth of food or shared between people. It was busy for a weekday night. Lots people and packed parking lot. I took the food home because I didn’t want to eat in. I will be back for sure! I have to drive through ghetto to get it but sometimes the best Chinese food is the hood!

I Came Here from seeing it on TikTok and I was Not disappointed. You Get Large Amount of Food For Your Money. I got Combo 3 for 10.99 with 3 meats n I got half rice n noodles. Plus I Order Spring Rolls n A Side Dish of Shrimp. I Couldn’t eat it All. Plenty of Leftover left. I Love The Lemon Pepper Chicken, The Orange Chicken along with Cajun Spicy Chicken. Also The Staff Was Friendly and Welcoming. Also they let you taste on toothpick before buy. I will be Back.

Huge portions, affordable prices, and fast, friendly service. Most of the dishes I ordered were really good, but I’m taking off one star because one dish (I think it was the Kung Pao chicken) was way too sweet for my taste. Otherwise, great spot and worth trying!

This place is MEDIOCRE AT BEST. I ordered the T5 looking for a healthier alternative and I was served this overly sauced questionable Chicken & Beef.
The chicken and veggies were okay.
The beef was extremely chewy, low quality and overly sauced/very salty. I’m not sure what cut of “beef” they’re using but it’s not good.
It honestly tasted like shrimp for some reason.
Advertised as $12.99 but after tax you’re spending just under $15 bucks.
In all honesty, I probably would’ve returned it and got my money back if I didn’t want to save myself the hassle of going back in there.
