This place is always busy… but somehow still slow and inefficient. We ordered two bagels online, thinking it would save time, but after 15 minutes of waiting and sipping coffee, we were still standing around — right next to people who had just ordered in-store and were also waiting 15–20 minutes for their food. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it makes no difference?

Dirty. Wildly overstaffed and yet the wait time was ages. The person didn’t type in what I was ordering as I was doing it and kept having to ask me what the details were, even though I went slowly. I repeated it several times and eventually she had it right. Or at least she claimed it was. It was still wrong when I got my order, and my friend’s was wrong too. Despite all of the orders turning red on the screen, indicating all the customers were waiting too long, one of the employees was spending their time wiping down the table legs. Not the tables, the legs. The bagels have also gotten to be basically the same quality as Panera. I used to love this place but it’s really gone to the dogs. They have a hundred signs up to review them on Google…not sure why.

I always used to come to this place on my work break, because the quality of what they were giving customers used to be great. Lately, maybe due to different management or what the issue may be, this place has been mediocre at best.
I order chai tea lattes frequently, and they usually are completely out of chai. Today, I decided id give this place another try after a couple months of not going. Below is a picture of the large chai tea latte that I ordered today. IT IS CHUNKY. Didnt even bother mixing it. I ordered this drink 10 minutes before arrival, and had to wait an extra maybe 5 minutes for THIS. Not to mention, its sour like it was made with expired milk.

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. I remember getting Einstein bagels in elementary school almost 28 years ago. The bagels are always fresh and the people are so helpful and nice. Talan the new manager was so sweet and kind. The energy felt different in there. Will continue to support my local bagel shop.

I have came in twice to this location, ordered one item both times and both times I got the wrong bagel. I called about 10 times between a 3 hour span and no one answers the phone, no option to leave a voicemail. Please have manager respond to this so I can get a refund or the correct bagels.

I ordered catering from Einstein Bros. Bagels in Commerce Township for a work event, and everything was fantastic! The bagels were fresh, soft, and flavorful, a big hit with everyone in the office. They had a great variety, and the shmear options were generous and delicious.
The service was equally impressive: friendly, prompt, and very helpful with making sure everything was packed and ready to go. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location for both catering and a quick breakfast or coffee run. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

I met new manager Talen today, very friendly. Staff is very friendly. I’ve always been a big fan of the Einstein Dark Roast coffee but lately it has been a little on the weak side. I don’t know if this Einstein location changed coffee brands or just 1 bag is being used instead of the usual 2 bags or the regular blend bags are being used in error!?!? I really miss the Einstein Dark Roast I’m used to drinking.
