Second time we have been there since they opened. After a long football game we stopped to get burgers for the boys. I placed the order through the app so iit woyld be made correctly. The order was almost $180. 4 out of the 5 meals were made wrong. They toppings were literally whatever someone there randomly selected on 3 off the burgers. Not one of our burgers wasn’t supposed to have lettuce on them, but they all did. All of the other condiments were things we didn’t order or want. One of the burgers wasn’t what I ordered at all. It was instead the cheesy burger I think. The french fry containers were half full. I called at 9:40 to share my experience with the store and surprise – no one answered the phone. I attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were new the first time we visited and they were learning. Tonight the place was dead. I placed the order after 8pm. There were at least 4 people working there. I have no issue paying for good food. I have an issue with this establishment charging restaurant prices and delivering McDonald’s level service. Our last visit was tonight.

Ordered online on a Tuesday afternoon, only had to wait a few minutes after arriving. An employee greeted me when I arrived and asked if I was waiting for an online order. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and dining room were clean.
Food was as good as any other 5 guys I’ve been too. Burger and fries were nice and fresh. I could see parking at this location being an issue during peak times but that’s not the stores fault.
5/5…I would definitely visit again.

Two people eating inside when we arrived, figured great, everything will be cooked fresh, wrong! The fries were full to the brim under a heat lamp, so they were warm at best. The burgers were really overdone, nice dry shoe leather. First and last time at this location.

I have had a very good experience at every other five guys that I’ve been to, and I was excited to have one open up right near me, but this location is consistently bad. I’ve tried it a few times since it opened and every time is the same – the fries are cold, with a tough exterior and seem like they’re hollow on the inside. They taste like potato chips and are tough and chewy, and they only give you a fraction of the amount that other locations give you. I got a large for 3 people to share and there was barely enough for one person. I’ve got a litle size for myself and they only filled the cup halfway. Complete waste off money as far as the fries go. Burgers are fine, can’t really complain there

25 min wait… $23 for a “little” cheeseburger, “little” fry, milkshake.
Tables weren’t bussed, floor was a mess. I was #36… but 32-35 & 37-42 left with their food. Mine? Was sitting on a shelf getting cold. Luckily someone noticed and spoke up.
Instead of standing around talking to your friends between customers guys- you might want to make sure all the foods correctly gone out, trash is emptied, tables are bussed, and people are happy.
I’ve never eaten at a 5guys before. This was my 1st impression? Ill never go back.
2 stars because the cash register dude was at least friendly and smiled.

We’ve been in 3 times since this location opened and it never disappoints! The fries are always fresh, staff always accommodating and the patio is nice! Highly recommend, so happy we finally got a 5 guys in the area!

Ordered 3 burgers, a regular fry, and a large fry through Uber Eats. Bag was sealed when food arrived, and both fry cups were only 3/4 full. Definitely not worth $98.00 if the fry containers aren’t even full.

I’m so mad I ordered a meal and went to go pick it up only for the store to be locked and dark, I looked at the times and the store is supposed to be OPEN! I spent my gift card and my own money on my order, I’m insanely angry at the lack of communication this store has. If the store was closed, it should’ve said so on the Google page and before I placed my order on the app and flushed my money down the drain.

I’ve always been a fan of Five Guys and was thrilled to see this new location open! Same great quality as other stores I have personally never had a long wait or issues with my order like other recent reviews. That being said I tend to try to avoid it during peak times. Just went for my second visit and so far so good. I also get the no bun burger bowl option highly reccomend for those looking for low carb keto options!

Usually have a great experience at Five guys. Tonight was a letdown at this location. I ordered online and part of the order was a “little “ French fries. Knowing that they typically dump an additional scoop of fries in the bag this would be plenty. After I picked up my food I got home and pulled out my burger and fries to see that not only did they throw in the additional scoop of fries, they didn’t even fill the little fry cup! I certainly don’t care if they didn’t put in an extra scoop, but at least what I ordered should be complete. This was the first time ever an issue. I guess from know on check the bag before you leave. What’s next, leave out the burger. For over $20.00 for burger fries and a drink, there should be more than 10 fries in the cup, especially when they’re know for loading up the bag.
