Arrived and placed an order for 12 tenders, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, 6 biscuits and cheese curds. Receipt time 1:07. At 1:41 we received a refund and left having never received our food. We were told they were making fresh tenders and biscuits but a family of 2 received tenders, and drive thru parked no one. We saw the tenders come up. We were told 3 times they had “just come up” and our food would be ready soon. We saw them packaging tenders several times and thought we were going to get our food but those meals kept going to drive thru and door dash. We changed our order to to go thinking we would just eat on the way but still nothing. I don’t understand why it took so long but as we had another commitment, we no longer had time to wait. We had to get a refund and leave and we’ll be going to a 4 hour commitment without lunch. Waste of time

Customer service was above and beyond tonight. Trevon was amazing. He made sure our order was right and before allowing us to pay, informed us that there would be a 10 min wait for biscuits but ensured they would be fresh. Thanks for a great experience 🙂

We must have went on a really good day because we had no issues at all. We prefer popeyes, but there is not one on this side of town. We were the only ones in the drive through line, customer service was great and the food came out quickly. The Mac and cheese was not all that creamy and the biscuits were a little dry, but it was all still good.

12/20/2025 I ordered a chicken pot pie, which is one of my favorite items at KFC, that I have had many times. Today my chicken pot pie did not have one piece of chicken. There was alot of large slices of carrots and potatoes and some peas , but absolutely not one piece of chicken. I was very disappointed and surprised as I know from past orders that this was never the case before. I hope that this was an anomaly, and not a new plan to continue not putting any chicken in the CHICKEN POT PIE. The woman who took my order at the drive thru today at 2:30 pm, was very kind and polite.

We ordered two Wednesday chicken fried steak meals with mac and cheese instead of coleslaw with an extra side of potatoes and gravy in addition to a kids meal. Kids meal was great except no sticker sheet. We had to go back with our meals as we had no mac and cheese and no side of mashed potatoes. The people working the cash register were great, but the manager gave an exhausted look and eye roll in my direction when I asked for it to be corrected. After that, we’re still missing our side of potatoes but it’s not worth a third trip back check your orders before leaving drive through or pick up and beware of unhappy managers.

I went through drive-thru and asked for 2 bags to hold the $40 worth of food. As I always do I pulled over and checked my order to make sure it was all there.

I found that the gravy was thrown on the bag and it went all over, including on the seat of my truck, as such I proceeded to physically go into the store so they could redo that part of the order.

I made it home only to find 4 biscuits instead of 6.

This was my first time at this location…and it will be my last

I went here twice in the past two weeks because I got some coupons; the only thing that tastes decent is the biscuit. If you think the chicken tastes good, it’s probably because you haven’t had quality chicken from a good restaurant before. Service is excellent, but I feel bad for the people who have to work there.

Asked how long the chicken had been ready and heard the guy in the background say 45 minutes, that we could have it if we wanted and if not he wasn’t making more. This was 3 hours before closing. He was very rude about it, probably because he thought I couldn’t hear him but nonetheless it was unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous they wouldn’t make some fresh. This was Jan 8 at 8pm

Fire EVERYONE here the ice machine was broken, the cashier lady was pissed off and a jerk to us, she didn’t offer us to not get the combo, and didn’tp offer dine in. She sucked. There was a piece of chicken in my fries, (3 fries btw) and the slimy disgusting nugget fell on my lap…. 1/5
