Terrible service, I walked in to order my pizza, mid sentence I asked to use the restroom (located in the lobby), and the manager told me it was employee only. What in the ‘Gas Station’ kind if service is that?
So, my money is good, but I cant use a restroom in the hallway for patrons.
Worst part, I had my 12 yr old daughter with me, and when we got to the car, she asked if he profiled us!
I just moved to Peachtree Corners, didn’t realize there was a Pizza Hut so close. Unfortunately, I will never spend a dollar at this location, and will post on all review platforms this week.

This Pizza Hut location is by far the best around! The service is always friendly, quick, and they truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious — exactly what you expect when craving Pizza Hut. Every visit feels consistent, and it’s clear the staff take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this location if you want great food and even better service!

Collins resolved this issue for me and I greatly appreciate it. Human error is inevitable but what matters is how complaints are addressed. The manager has resolved this issue and I am satisfied with the outcome.
Ordered a pizza at 1045 pm and the store’s hours are posted as closing at 12 midnight. When I arrive to order the pizza there is a line of people outside and a pizza hut Worker visitor but clearly ignoring customers. We waited and knocked amd waited and knocked and the pizza hut employee acted as if she could not hear nor see people who had paid and were waiting for their food. Very unprofessional and frankly just rude. At the very least ahe could have explained why no one was receiving their food. Picture below for proof. 6/16/2025 Norcross location off of peachtree pkwy.

Worst service ever, I ordered a pizza and it came incorrect, burnt and old. It was like they gave me someone’s pizza that was under the heater for hours. I called back and spoke to a gentleman. He apologized and told me it would be delivered in another hour. An hour goes by no pizza. So I called back and spoke to a very rude, unprofessional lady. She informed me since it’s a different shift there is nothing they can do for me. I’m very upset now because she kept repeating this. I had to get in my car after working all day, waiting 2 hours for dinner for my kids to go have this fixed. Very inconvenient, unprofessional, no empathy, no consideration. They would not give me any names, nor corporate’s phone number. I’ve been ordering from here for the past 4 years and will never again.

Terrible service, I will not be coming back to Pizza Hut due to their lack of staff training. I placed an order the day before so that my pizzas were ready for an event the following morning. When I got there, they hadn’t even been started and I was told they would be an additional 35 mins from my pickup time. The employee I dealt with then had a terrible attitude with me through the entire process. I would recommend not supporting an establishment that doesn’t know how to deal with customers.

So thankful to the staff for supplying our football team with 40 hot pizzas for post game meal!!! The manager Collins was very helpful & friendly & the drivers were on time, helpful & friendly as well!!! It was a long drive back to NC for our players & it was nice to know they were well fed! Customer service was bad here it was very poor it was a old red hair lady that didn’t care for anyone I come in the start you updated her that I have a order the lady ask me you must be making a lot of money I didn’t respond to any nonsense. Than I ask her can she put the receipt on the pizza box the lady literally told me no we don’t put anything on the pizza box I know how dash work I been working here for 40 years. Than what make it even worse is that she making people food with no hairnet or gloves that is very unsanitary and unprofessional. She was mean to people that was doing regular orders as well she told everyone to scan the QR code because I am not taking your order here at the cash register. I will tell everyone that is ready this please don’t go here. Me and my wife seen enough ignorance for today.

Bought the Tavern pizza and it was burnt. Staff graciously remade it, but wouldn’t remake the burnt chocolate chip cookie, saying they weren’t cool with doing that. I wasn’t trying to scam, just didn’t want burnt food.
