I will never bother ordering from here again. I ordered through DoorDash and specifically put in the description “very light onions” but not only did they give me huge chunks of onions, they absolutely overloaded them. If that’s what they consider to be “light” then I’d hate to see it normally. What’s the point of having the option to modify if you’re not going to do what the person asked. I had to sit & pick them out as well as file a complaint with DoorDash. This is just ridiculous.

Do not eat here! Cashier looked and acted like she was 12, which of course led to an incorrect order. They messed up my philly wing combo by adding mustard to the philly. They acted like it wasnt a problem to remake the sandwich, only to try amd wipe the mustard of the sandwich prior to giving the same sandwich right back to me after 5 minutes. The amount of handling the sandwich had to have gone through is absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again!

Order $100 of food for my family and nothing on the order was correct. I know the hiring of quality help is difficult and training is minimal but if you’re a well known franchise and want to keep customers satisfied this is definitely not good business practice. The attention to detail when preparing food for the public should be taken seriously as people have food allergies that could be fatal. In this economy money is not just thrown to the win. So, needless to say I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and doubt that I will spend my money at this establishment in the future.

I had to place an order after someone upset about their order being sitting for an extended amount of time. The cashiers handled it well. Sometimes you never know the kind of day a person is having. My order was correct…except for my drink I wanted a sprite but got a fruit punch. It was a lot happening and I get the mistake. Plus the other person was very upset and loud about it. Overall it a good place to get a Philly and wings and then be on your way.

The lady that takes your order is very rude and disrespectful, made my kids experience there horrible and I will not return back. I would rather go to another location where they do treat customers with respect and kindness. Nobody that’s in customer service should ever antagonize a patron who is spending over $100, you know what the amount doesn’t matter, she was rude when trying to get a clear understanding of ordering. Customer service 0 and made the food less desirable.

I ordered the philly & wings combo. The flavors were good. Three stars for the fact that the counter is enclosed in bullet proof glass (Which makes it hard to see the menu) and the language barrier makes it difficult to order. There’s no access to condiments or drinks (other locations have full access). I wouldn’t go back simply because I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable. A shame because the food is pretty good.
