I like the place and will go back, but I won’t buy coffee pods from them anymore. The last box I picked up, 4 of the pods in the first 1/2 of the box were defective and the grounds all came through into the cup. That’s a 40% failure rate. They would not exchange it or refund it. That disappointed me.

This Caribou is always so quick and efficient! One time, my drink was made incorrectly, and they immediately apologized and remade it for me free of charge. The staff here are always so kind and friendly—they never fail to tell me to have a good day. Super great people and such a welcoming atmosphere. Love this place!

Update** 8/24/24 I was so happy to see the ham and Swiss croissant on the menu. It used to be my favorite breakfast item at Arby’s until they stopped serving it. I’ll be coming here way more often to enjoy these. It is warm, and delicious work just the right about of crispieness. Extra thanks to Addy for putting up with me today. She handled my every changing order professionally and with a genuine smile. She’s an asset to this business. Thanks again NB Caribou for another awesome experience

I have been to Caribou locations all over the state. The North Branch location has the best staff I have seen. They are always smiling and very friendly. Even communicating amongst each other as they are putting all the orders together they always work as a team. You are greeted with a smile and your order is always correct and up very quickly. They even greet my service dog with a pup cup. I can understand why this location is always very busy

Wonderful place! It’s a great place to stop for coffee and a light snack or small meal. The service is always quick and the atmosphere is lovely. Sometimes a bit noisy, but all coffee shops are. I have had a few meetings here and there have never been any issues. One of my favorite places to stop for an hour or two and get some work done or meet a friend.
