There’s just something about that late night ambience that makes food taste so much better than eating during the daytime. We noticed a lack of after-midnight seafood dining, so we wanted to create a restaurant that could serve specially crafted seafood boils, even at 2AM. So we started a restaurant to manifest that desire — 2AM PROJECT.

This place isn’t good at ALL!!! The noodles they serve were RAMEN noodles in a seafood boil bag!!! The service wasn’t very pleasant. It wasn’t busy at all. There was no Food smell when you come in. Nothing inviting to make one want to buy. I guess this place is truly for ppl who want food at 2am.

I had ordered a seafood boil and a spicy chicken sandwich at 11:17pm at 2am project (frederick ave location) and I got back home to find out my seafood boil wasn’t made right. On the app (I ordered online) I selected the option of “spicy” instead of the “mild” option, and that’s not what I got. What I received was Mild garlic butter in my seafood boil (of 2 orders of crab legs as well, the most $$) instead of spicy garlic butter. So I went back so they could correct it without me flipping out. I drive back over to the store after this and they corrected it. I get back home and start eatting my food finally, AND THERES A BUG FLOATING IN MY SPICY GARLIC BUTTER. I could not believe it. I documented my reaction as soon as I could wash my hands and get my phone out. I’m not eating the rest of it. Wasted food.

Got wings from here and ranch ; I paid $25 for 20 wingettes . The service here was great but this food was very cheap tasting the wings the ranch as well the ranch tasted like cheap school cafeteria ranch . I understand quick fast food , but they should spend a little more money on the food that they are selling fried frozen party wings is not very tasty I feel like I wasted my money .

Food is okay. Steak sub was seasoned well. The bread was a little more greasier then I would like. Over all the experience was not bad or great. Just Average. Sweet fries were not great but not terrible.

I have not been in person and I ordered via a 3rd party. My review is the same as left on that site.
The price should’ve told me otherwise but I was not expecting imitation crab meat on the Crabmeat Fries; paired with the 2 am sauce, it was too sweet and unappetizing. Wouldn’t recommend. The Wings were small – think pigeon wings, but they had great flavor. The Triple Mix was the star of the show honestly and that’s not saying much as it’s an easy to come by beverage in Baltimore. All in all, I wasn’t impressed.

Store was clean and service was fast and efficient. Quesadilla was ok, but the onion rings were horrible and over fried to almost burnt. Trashed the onion rings. 2AM must do better with its onion rings or stop serving them.
Late night drive-thru pickup is scary as the building is closed and had a note on one of the doors to go to the drive-thru window for pickups, but the drive-thru window was not clearly marked requiring getting out of the car to knock on the window to alert staff, who were rather irritated. Not good. Late night service and area needs to be safe, clean and clear.

Food is great! The servings are huge. Get the triple mix drink! Its amazing! And Eric is super cool friendly and accommodating! I’m now a regular customer!

I very much enjoyed the cheese steak sub. It was stuffed well and made correctly to what I ordered. It was very tasty and I would order it again. The Cajun fries that accompanied it, were amazing. I loved them sooooo much. The spice was just right.
The mozzarella sticks, while tasty were not cooked long enough to be gooey, they were solid/firm inside. The dipping sauce was good, but the cup was only about half filled.
The cheesecake was tasty, but nothing to write home about.
Overall, I would order again, especially the cajun fries.
