Absolutely god awful Marco’s location. For a building this small there needs to be more than a drive thru window for pickup. Finding a place in line to get your order during peak times is nearly impossible. The lobby should absolutely be open for pickup as opposed to just the window. I have ordered from this location at least a dozen times and each time I have had to loop around in order to get in line. Go to a better location

The Pizza was very fresh here and I did not have to wait.We called in our order and went and picked it up when they said it would be ready. When I Went, The front doors locked , and there was a sign that stated we had to go through the drive through. Everything was delicious and fresh.

Usually have a decent experience from this Marco’s but decided to order pizza tonight and the pizza literally looked like some stepped on it and like it’s missing sauce and cheese on half the pizzas. Cannot believe the pizza was boxed up and delivered the way it was. There was no special requirements, just a normal pepperoni pizza and a mushroom pizza.

I live right down the road and this is my go to Pizza place. Love this place. I do gotta say staff isn’t rude but they aren’t always welcoming either. One more thing love the pizza love it!! But I do wish there were more rewards and employees would give the pizza a little more love!

I ordered by phone and guy who took my order was amazing. When I got there you have to pick up your order thru drive thru. It was a car sitting there which I thought was waiting on an order then a female employee comes to window trying to hug thru the window. I yelled out I’m hungry and they pull off. I get my order and go home. I was not happy my pizza was cold and the square deals seem a lot smaller. My steak sub was good

Have not even tried the food but it was so greasy it ran down my arm all over my shirt and pants and my cars seat. This is ridiculous was my first time at this location and last even with it only being a few blocks away.

The pizza at Marco’s is pretty good but could be better but Marco’s has the best Garlic Parmesan dipping sauce out of all of the pizza chain restaurants. Papa John’s, Domino’s and Little Caesars all have NOTHING on Marco’s Garlic Parmesan dipping sauce.

The staff did not properly check the order before giving it out, resulting in an error. When I requested a refund, I was offered a store credit for an amount less than what I originally paid.
Additionally, the process for redeeming the credit is inconvenient—I was instructed to call in and mention that I had a credit in order to use it. When I arrived at the store, I was told the lobby was closed; however, another customer was allowed inside just before me.
When I asked to speak with a general manager, I was given inconsistent information and the runaround. I was even told that Marco’s Pizza does not have a corporate office, which I find hard to believe.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Ordered through Uber Eats and received a Plain Cheese Pizza, after I ordered a Large Pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. When I called to inquire what happened, I just got silence on the phone. Thank goodness, Uber Eats refunded my money. Extremely disappointed.
