I would say the experience was pretty decent overall. This could be defined as fast casual Italian, for if you want to go sit down but don’t want to make a fuss. Portion was on the smaller side but taste was good and I enjoyed the garlic bread.

We decided to give Mici’s a try after driving by so frequently.
Unfortunately, it was not really what we expected. I’d consider this Italian fast food.
The kids had pizza and it was delicious!
I had spaghetti with meatballs which was very al dente, so I swapped dishes with my husband. He ordered the rosa pasta with sausage. It was much better and cooked as expected.
We followed up with some gelato which was delicious!
The staff was definitely young and still learning. It was a slow night as we were the only ones ordering and two other groups were finishing up.
The staff took our order but offered no help though we said it was our first time there.
One of the kids spilled their drink, so we started to clean it up with napkins. This did not work well. The staff came over with a towel and told us to clean it up and just brush the ice on the floor. Has it been a busy night I wouldn’t have minded but considering they had nothing to do I didn’t think this very professional – I’ve never had restaurant staff respond like this. I also didn’t think the method of brushing everything onto the floor seemed safe but maybe they mopped after we left…
Overall I’d say Mici’s left something to be desired.

Good food but unless you pay for “extra sauce” you will get dry pasta that has been barely rubbed with sauce!
I tried 3 different times over the past 6 months and each time if you don’t order extra sauce you get dry pasta.
Why do we have to pay for extra sauce now to get an appropriate amount of sauce. Maybe you should sell plain pasta and then sauce is on the side.

Always good food. Had some lovely pasta and pizza. My wife loves their gluten free pizza crust. We did a bunch of pasta and pizza tonight and finished up with Gelato. Everyone was rating it 9 or 10 out of 10

What a great addition to Parker’s restaurants options. The interior is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful! The menu is simple with a good variety of choices. I can tell you the salad and soup is fantastic! This was a great place to catch up with a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. I can’t wait to go back and try the pizza!

Been here a few times and it’s been great every time! The staff is friendly and they gave us a 16″ pizza for free our first time there because there was a small tear in the first pizza we ordered. The pizzas themselves were also excellent, I couldn’t even see the cheese because the toppings were on so thick. It was the best crust I’ve ever had, I highly recommend their calzones for this reason, it’s just perfectly crunchy yet soft inside. The gelato was pretty pricey but the pizza is the best in town!

Such a great place! Unassuming atmosphere but the food is on point, sooo delicious. You order at the counter, open seating in medium sized room. Kids menu available. Serves beer and wine, not a huge selection, but it’s not needed, what they have does just fine.

Oh my goodness! This was our first time here and it will definitely not be the last! The food was fresh and so delicious! The gelato was the perfect ending to the meal and the waitstaff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our food!
