The food was quick and good. I had gravy and biscuits with a loaded omelet biscuit for breakfast and it was all good. No complaints. The place was clean and the service was efficient as well as friendly.

I had the worst chicken sandwich I had ever eaten. I took the first one back because it was burnt, the second one they gave me was burnt to. The chicken was very tough, the breading on the chicken was so hard I couldn’t eat it. My curly fries was very small and dried out. I wonder does Ellie Mae Clampett do their cooking for them or what? I hope the Hardee’s in Somerset is better than this one.

A girl named Shanti waited on me and was somewhere else besides taking my order. She looked at me with a blank stare and waited on me to say something. She did not greet me nor give me my 30 cents back. She just kept my change. I don’t know where she was but she wasn’t taking my order.

Placed an order online yesterday a little after 9PM to pick up I pull in the parking lot at 9:20 and all the lights are shut off and the employees are making out in the parking lot. I asked if they were closed bc the door and Google says they close at 10 and they said they close at 9. Not sure who has there times messed up but either the employees and managers need to be re trained on closing times or they need to change the closing times literally everywhere.

The food was AMAZING! Very HOT and ready! Yes we had to wait but that’s absolutely ok for fresh food. However the lady bringing us the food after the wait didn’t even say a word just slung the food in our faces and we took it and she walked away still not saying nothing! Very rude!

Pulled up, ordered two wraps.. and then a small curly fries.. two wraps $5.. small curly fries $3..

Well then I’m told to pull up, waited no exaggeration 10 min… she walks to the window, just handed it to me, no apology for the wait.. looked in the bag, no fries! Quickly said to her, you forgot the fries, she said nothing went inside brought out the fries… said three words finally “Sorry about that!” ..
Fries were cold! Not even warm!!
