I love love love this place. The employees had so much Aloha. Truly a treat. They served us a bowl for our dog Akua as well. We live both Hawaii and Utah and this was truly fantastic. They nailed it. I had Blue Hawaii / Coconut flavor and my daughter had Tigersblood/ Lime.

My husband loves snow cones so we have tried a lot of different snow cone stands and Hokulia is by far our favorite! The snow is so creamy and smooth it’s hard to believe its ice. They have a lot of great combo suggestions as well. My favorite it “Alota Colada” So delicious!!

Hokulia SHAVE Ice compared to “snow” (crushed ice) cones is like comparing Marvel to DC movies. Shaved ice holds the flavor in the ice. This location is a fun communal hangout with holes in the tables to allow for the pointy shaped bowls.

The shaved ice is amazingly soft and there are so many flavors to choose from! I love how it’s almost like snow and not just hard ice. The longboard is HUGE and super cheap for as much as you get. Also, no matter how many flavors you choose, there’s no extra charge. Super affordable and just what you need on a hot summers day! ⛱️ Thanks Hokulia!

This is the best shave ice I have had outside of Hawaii. I always get the snow cap (condensed milk on top) and my husband loves getting ice cream inside. Expect to wait – they are making you a mountain of shaved ice. Occasionally the flavour won’t go all the way down, but I still enjoy the shave ice. My favorite flavours are Blue Hawaii and Pineapple.

Okay, for a temporary snow cone/ shaved ice place they do great. They always come out good they do ocassionally mess up the order for me. If you see a line don’t worry they work pretty fast through it. There is one blonde lady who looks like she hates her job. She is always there and never smiles or expresses any interest in her customer. I give this a 3 for all of the above. Otherwise the taste is always great.
