Absolutely miserable experience. Just left there after a wrinkly old miserable woman working the drive thru that SPOKE ABSOLUTELY NO ENGLISH kept screaming at me in Spanish. As I said countless times I don’t speak Spanish and all I got is more yelling and eye rolling. I asked multiple times for a manager or anybody who spoke even a little bit of English. I shouldn’t have to download a translator app to talk to the main customer service representative at your window handling all customers. No manager ever came and they used their bare hands to grab my donuts to put in the box. Not that I would eat them after that, but they were the wrong donuts too. Insane that in the United States of America you can’t even get one person speaking English to talk to the customers. I want my money back for the my order since it’s all in the trash now, I’m not eating food you blatantly broke health codes with right in front of my eyes. Dunkin’ should be absolutely ashamed of this location.

Two times, I have gone to this Dunkin drive thru and asked for salt & pepper for my food I’ve ordered. BOTH times, this location stated “they didn’t have any.” The visits were about 4 months apart. This last time I was there at approximately 4:04 pm on this date, & the ONLY car on the lot for service. Not only was there no salt & pepper, there was no napkin in the bag and I wasn’t given a receipt for my purchases. This was my Last time I’ll stop here.

Nobody speaks English. The hash Browns suck the sauce. Egg cheese croissant sucks period the bread tastes like water and was stayle and I couldn’t get the lady to give me any ketchup or jelly because she doesn’t understand anything I say.

Every time I go to this Duncan, I order the same thing?And they always get something wrong.If I order a coffee hot with cream , no sugar , they give me a black coffee if I order an order with the six dollar menu meal and I get a donut with the coffees , the coffees are wrong , they’re black with nothing in them and they forget my sprinkled donut.. There is a older woman there that always gets my order right? I wish they can put her hours on line. So I know when to come, because she never gets my order wrong. If I knew her name, I would put it on here, but I don’t everybody else in that store is so into their airpods, and what’s going on outside of work. I believe, because I hear them always gossiping, but the older woman always gets it right. I wish I knew her hours and I would go only at those times..

Really disappointed in this trip. It’s my go to donut place and saddens me to see the quality drop. Donuts were not fresh, service was not good at all. I truly hope it returns to a great donut shop for this area

this location is so convenient, but even when i get thee most basic of coffees – it’s somehow always awful. & it’s waay too expensive to be so disappointing.
so then i’ll avoid it for a couple months & cave n be like maybe this time! – nope. always wildly underwhelming & a total waste of money.
