Truck Stop quality Mexican food.
If their enchilada/red sauce is not straight from a can, then they put a lot of effort in making a sauce that tastes like it came straight from the can. Same for the refried beans. Then there was the rubbery wind it up on your fork cheese. Even though the plates had been under the broiler to give it a good melt it was still rubbery. It was an hour and half until closing time and they were out of the hot salsa. The mild salsa is heavy on the garlic. Very good service from the friendly wait staff. I am not going to bother with the details of our meals…everything was average at best.
If your car has broken down here then eat here, otherwise go to downtown Grove to eat Mexican food. We have now tried all of the Mexican restaurants in Grove and this one shakes out at the bottom.

Priscilla took good care of me, Ty for the superb hospitality, This is a nice local restaurant in a convenient location. Good food and clean. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

The food was delicious and so were the drinks. The only disappointment was that there were no margaritas, although the beer and Cayman Jacks were good. Highly recommend this place.

Staff was nice. First time stopping here and the food is not what I expected. I didn’t finish my enchiladas, the meat tasted funny. They put a slice of yellow cheese on my beans, what should have been white cheese sauce. Thought we would try something new but they have a long way to go if they want to compete Rancho Viejo Mexican Restaurant.

Nice enough place with friendly staff. I had the fish tacos and I think they are some of the best I have had. The tacos were not made with store bought fish sticks but real pieces of fish and they were topped with fresh cabbage and Mango salsa. I would recommend this place for service, atmosphere, taste, and value.

Husband ate here 23 years ago. He couldn’t wait to see if the food was still as good as he remembered…. And it was! Staff told us they’ve been here for 32 years. Very fresh and hot. Great service.

Not enough seating. People were walking in and right back out. Because there was not enough seats and tables. And takes FOREVER to get your food. Good food though.

This place needs to be shut down! Its run down, food is crap, service is the worst in town! Slow getting food, flies everywhere, cold chips! They told me they will call the cops on me because i wanted a refund due to rude customer service! I have them a second try and they said to me u shouldnt have came back u were not welcome! Should get shut down immediately
