From the moment I approach the drive-through to the final sip of my beverage, this Starbucks location delivers a premium experience. Their drive-through service is exceptional, combining efficiency with swift delivery, demonstrating their commitment to respecting customers’ time. The staff’s warmth and friendliness extend beyond a simple greeting; they genuinely seem happy to serve, making each interaction feel personal and welcoming.
This location is extremely clean and always well-maintained. The pastry case is consistently full, offering a great selection of healthy treats. It’s evident that they take pride in their selection, as it always looks like it comes straight out of a magazine. The cake pops are always fresh, along with the juices and a variety of other snacks and treats.
It’s clear there’s an outstanding management team working behind the scenes, meticulously orchestrating every detail to perfection. They’ve created an environment where both staff and customers thrive. The ambiance, cleanliness, and consistent quality of beverages and snacks always meet, if not exceed, my expectations.

I was there on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Terrible place to get drinks. Takes way too long to get orders. The coffee is tasteless, asked for an extra espresso shot on my drink and it’s like asked for the opposite. The kids that work there do not know what they are doing. It’s basically reflects on the manager running this location. Maybe they should have to work on holidays mandatory to makes sure business is consistent. Every time I think of giving this place another shot I get burned. That will be my last visit there. The Melrose park on North ave are always consistent and the one on Norhtlake (Mannheim). Time for management change.

This Starbucks is always slow. You’ll be in line 7–10 minutes before the line even moves, and the final wait for your drink can be 20+ minutes easy. Half the time the screen to confirm your order is down, and the drinks come out wrong more often than not. The biggest issue though is the extra entrance that leads in from the main road — it creates two lines and people constantly cut in, which just makes the wait even longer. If the store is going to be this slow already, the traffic flow should at least make sense. Please close that entrance or redirect the drive-thru flow.

I made a mobile order. When I got to the place they didn’t have the drinks I ordered. They didn’t want to give me a refund instead they replaced the drinks with drinks that were less than what I paid. When I brought it up to the manager she wasn’t even apologetic that they didn’t have the drinks that I ordered but tried to justify the fact tha6 they shorted me on my money.

I don’t go to Starbucks so when I pulled up and saw the other language I said “hey I’m not sure what is what but if you have it I would like a medium” she said “yes we speak English here” I said “oh we have a smartass” this was through the drive-thru I literally couldn’t believe it I always bring my cup to my favorite coffee place so I asked her do they do that there? She said yes as long as it’s 12 oz I pull up to the window the coffee is in a plastic jug that she then pours into my cup!!! absolutely could not believe it. The coffee a breve was absolutely awful and tasted like milk (like always!!!!!!!!!)
