We had decent food in the past, but our last two expeirences have not been great. The chicken was small and lacked breading. Both chicken and fries tasted like they were undercooked and then was sat under a heat lamp for hours. Rubbery at best with a bad taste. 75% of our family meal was tossed in the trash

Nice and quiet, food was brought out quickly, everything was hot. Husband asked for extra pickle on his chicken sandwich and they loaded it up! My tenders were hot, crispy on the outside and tender inside. Fries and Texas toast were good as usual! Sure wish we had one in Manhattan!!

Slim’s is probably the most consistent faster service chicken place out there. Every location taste and feels the same. Dont get me wrong their chicken is decent. Not knock your socks off, but decent. I really enjoy the variety of sauces they have available. They have pretty good deserts to top it off.
Staff are always very cordial and helpful.
Place was clean and well kept.
In the end its solid food for a reasonable price.

The establishment was nice and clean but the service and food was a whole different story!!! The employees acted like they absolutely hated their jobs and like they were in lock up or something. They were rude as heck and the unfriendliest as I have ever been around.. The price of the food was more then what the price was online and not worth what you got.. I think I will stick with chick filet or raising canes if I had to choose.. I will not be going back!!!
