It’s been a few months since I had been to the firehouse subs , since then apparently the salads have resized about 1/2 of what they were ,when asked about it i was told down sized . But of course the price is the same. Open entering the store it was apparent something was burned smoke would irritate your eyes , possibly the ventilation was not working.
In short I will not be back to this store .

My company was called upon to perform a cleanup job after hurricane Sally, we gathered a team & got to work. Part way through the day i went to town for food to feed my crew. My first place was a pizza shop next door..they were extremely rude upon my arrival, so i went over to firehouse subs, not only was i greeted by super friendly employees, but the store was super clean the customer service great but the food was excellent! thank you so much Firehouse!!

Not only is the staff absolutely amazing atthe Fairhope Alabama Greeno Road location , the sandwiches are phenomenal. I just tried Firehouse for the 1st time in 2024 and If I could afford it, I would eat a Italian everyday!

If you have ever wanted to be scolded by a teenager who decided it was their job to be rude for you for walking in to pick up an order as if you just ruined their night this is the place for you!
Walked in, wasn’t greeted, instead after a few minutes “are you picking up or something?”
The entire place smells like mold and there was smoke so someone apparently either burned everything and didn’t open any doors to vent the place or they’re trying to burn the place down so that you get a true firehouse experience.
Either way I walked out.
There’s no way I was going to get food from a location that is both rude and clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing since the entire restaurant was smoking.

We love firehouse subs But, I have to complain ..Im not usually a complainer But, for 35 dollars it’s annoying that they always get my order wrong! I can physically go in and order it to make sure they get it right and sometimes they still dont get it right…. Im not picky at all But, even when I call my order in, they get my order wrong. They don’t listen even after I’ve repeated it 3 times . I have to make them repeat it back to me and they still get it wrong. Please get this right? I get sick of ordering and having to repeat my order over and over again and they still seem to get it wrong. I ask for wheat i get my sub, It’s white bread!!! I always want it toasted and it’s not toasted and they say they toast all their subs. And everytime I get a bag of chips they are smashed and under half way full. I know some of this sounds petty but when u are paying for a custom order and get it home and it’s all wrong it’s annoying. Please Get it right?
