This is my go to dunks every morning and they always get the coffee perfect! The staff here are always super friendly, polite and kind even when the drive thru has 10 cars and the lobby is packed. They are all truly amazing!

Went today friday October 7 at 6:46pm and i red hair “lady” denied service by doing a signal they were close, like come on 14 minutes before closing time for a simple hot coffee, than i went to new dunkin donut at nauset st new bedford and i ask about if they stop serving 15,10 or 5 minutes before closing and her answer was nop if we close at 8 than we stop taking order and serving at 8. So this is my complaint at this dunkin donuts. Have anyone have this problem with this local coffee place ?

ordered wicked refresher, 2glazed sticks, and a bacon jam sandwich with english muffin. waited 12mins for them to give one of my sticks out to another customer and made the sandwich with sourdough instead.

went in for a berry burst with extra syrup and they wouldn’t add extra syrup, said they’re not allowed to do that which has literally never been an issue at any other Dunkin initially I asked for them to add some to my drink that was made at a diff location which they couldn’t so I asked for a new one with extra syrup and they said they couldn’t because of the caffeine amount in it. Like it’s my body lemme put extra caffeine in it if I want to. Idk just frustrating. I’ve never ever had an issue anywhere else.

The dunkin on purchase sucks i got my frozen coffee pure sugar to moch caramel, and my sandwich cressant wirh bacon and egg it was burnt and raw. I do not recommend that dunkin doughnuts

I love it here everyone is so kind even the manager in the blue sweatshirt doing hires is so nice the atmosphere is amazing no bad energy everyone is happy very clean and well kept I work in rayham and wish I could work here since it’s a block away from me! The drinks are amazing. I got an iced coffee and couldn’t finish it I was wired after a few sips saved it for my husband then got a refresher and that was to die for keep up the great service guys

i come almost everymorning around 5:30…customer service is friendly (which is awesome)but my orders are never right, either its burnt, coffee isnt made right or i didnt get what i orderd…this happens often..today coffee was gross couldnt even drink it not made correctly yesterday i ordered 2 egg sausage/cheese wrap got plain egg wrap…day before i didnt even get the hash browns i ordered. customer is good but the service here needs more training…happens way too often!

The ladies that run this Dunkin are the best. I come out of my way to go to this dunkin almost if not every day because they are kind, professional and i think out of the last 2 years I’ve gotten my coffee made wrong 2 times ever. Best Dunkin in the New Bedford area.
