Do not come here during supper hours unless you want to be yelled at through the speaker “GIVE US A MINUTE!!!” Proceed to wait 10 minutes just to order and then sit another 30 minutes in line. I haven’t been here for months and now I remember why I stopped coming here. The attitude of the staff is ridiculous and it’s driving customers away I’m sure of it. Most people say it’s great during the day time, but I can’t say the same for nights.

Service sucked. Long wait. Drink orders was completely wrong. Also the wrapped food wasn’t as warm as it should been and had to wait for fresh fries with caused the sandwich to cool off big time before it was handed to me. Also the drink size large is a small now

This one is like any other Burger King except the fact that they seem to not listen because everytime I come they always seem to get something wrong especially everytime I order a Oreo shake they always put vanilla and give me vanilla even when that’s not what I asked for. Please step it up and get the orders correct.

Servers and order takers are not attentive as should be. I’m allergic to onion and got onion on my burger my last 2 visits. Slow service, everyone figuratively had signs on their faces saying “i hate my job I could care less and when can I go home” I won’t return I’d rather not have an allergic reaction to my food.

I did a mobile order and when I gotten to the window my food wasn’t ready. When I received my food my both of my sandwiches was cold. The lettuce on both of my sandwiches was brown and old. One sandwich didn’t not receive the bacon I paid for. The other sandwich had pickles on it when I didn’t ask for them and they forgot to add ketchup. They fries was very salty I couldn’t enjoy them.

This afternoon when I came in around 2 p.m. and ordered a $5 your way Whopper Jr meal to go, the employees seemed overwhelmed but trying their best. My food was hot, fresh and everyone was communicating to each other to make sure the correct order was handed out to each customer and I really enjoyed seeing that kind of teamwork. I don’t know everyone’s names but all of the employees working when I came in definitely deserve a kudos! I do remember they were mostly female and I did see one hard working gentleman in the kitchen-it was refreshing to see. Food was great, and will return in the future.
The only downside is that you don’t have strawberry milkshakes.

I just want to thank Jenna an Raymond today for our lunch. These two were only ones working at the time and did a amazing job. Working drive thru and front counter as well as cooking. And I will be honest my order was complete and made how I asked. I think these two individuals not only need a hell of a pat on the back but they definitely deserve some sort of raise.
