We ordered the orange chicken, mandarin chicken, BBQ pork buns, chicken xiao long bao (soup dumplings), and the beef knife-cut noodle soup, and everything was packed with flavor. You can tell the food is made with care, and each dish tasted fresh and well seasoned.
We eat a lot of Asian food, and for this not being in the Seattle or Portland area, it definitely satisfies the craving. The soup dumplings were juicy, the buns were soft and flavorful, and the noodle soup was rich and comforting.

Have been craving soup dumplings and these hit the spot. We got pork soup dumplings, garlic green beans, chow mein, Dan’s Dan noodles spicy, orange crispy chicken, and custard buns. We really enjoyed the flavoring in all the food. It was all cooked very well. My daughter had the spicy noodles and she says they were not too spicy. Really enjoyed the flavor. The chow mein was probably my favorite and the best chow mein I have had. The custard buns were not super sweet, but a nice ending to the meal. If you are unfamiliar with this place, you do order from your phone or the tablet at the table and then they bring things it out to you as it’s ready so you won’t get a whole meal served at the same time. We really enjoyed that. We got a few different things and shared everything. their menu is definitely very à la carte. Would highly recommend everything that we ordered. We didn’t really see our waitress much other than to get us drinks as we ordered through the tablet, but they were busy. We did make a reservation and so glad we did at 6 PM on a Wednesday because we had got the last table and there was a line of people. Food came out fast!

We celebrated our son’s 12th birthday here over the weekend and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating for our large party. We ordered family style and everyone raved about each dish, from the soup dumplings and gyoza to the barbecue shrimp and Beijing beef. The owner went out of her way to make sure our son had a special day, even surprised him with a birthday table cloth upon our arrival and traditional red bean sweet buns to end the night. This was our family’s 2nd time eating here, and I know we will be back again soon!!!

I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. We waited an excessive amount of time for our food while online and takeout orders were clearly being prioritized over dine-in customers. When we asked for updates, staff either didn’t follow through or seemed completely unsure of what was happening. It felt disorganized and dismissive.
The cleanliness was also concerning. The restaurant appeared cluttered and not well maintained. Basic sanitation standards did not seem to be a priority, which made it difficult to feel comfortable eating there.
To make matters worse, the owner was loudly yelling at the teenage employees in front of customers. It created a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere and was completely unprofessional. Watching young staff members be spoken to that way was upsetting and disruptive to the entire dining experience.
Between the long wait, lack of cleanliness, and uncomfortable environment, this is not a place I would return to or recommend.

This is absolutely the best Chinese restaurant in Tricities, probably my favorite restaurant in town. The dim sum (soup dumplings , potstickers, spring roll, BBQ pork buns, etc.) are amazing, comparable to what I could get in a big city with a bigger Asian population, and the entrees are a mix of more authentic dishes as well as those catered to Chinese American tastes without losing quality. The dim sum come out of the kitchen fast, hot, fresh, and flavorful, and anytime I have friends or family visiting, I take them here.
The owner is super friendly , and she and the other staff always provide top tier service every time I’ve been (which is honestly near once a month). The atmosphere is very charming, and I love seeing a family owned business and kids doing homework after school, it reminds me of my favorite Chinese restaurant I had growing up.
I love this place and I hope they get good business so that they may thrive. Xie xie ❤️

I cannot speak highly enough about this place! The food is some of the best i have ever had. But what i cant get over is how kind the owners and staff are. We called ahead to reserve a table for my daughters birthday dinner, they were so kind and had a table with table cloth set up for a birthday. They surprised her with dessert dumplings at the end that were absolutely beautiful, and Karen gave her a baby doll as a gift. They made her birthday dinner an awesome experience for her. Great customer service, great food, and reasonably priced! This is definitely our new spot for Chinese!

This is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant. The hostess and the wait staff always greet you with a warm welcome and are very attentive. I have seen this restaurant grow their customer base and the reason for that is simple: the food is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The variety of authentic Chinese cuisine is great and their dumplings are hand-made every day. The new noodle menu items are fantastic.
Karen, the hostess, greets everyone like a friend and is very helpful with menu suggestions.
I cannot recommend this restaurant any higher. Noodle Thyme is the best Chinese restaurant!

Took our 4 kids for lunch today. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Brought our menus right away and answered our questions. Our kids are picky eaters and they were all able to find something they liked. They loved every dish. They especially loved the fried rice, chow mein and the steamed pork dumplings. Thank you so much for the great experience.
