First time visiting Imo’s. Went in to place an order. They were busy so I understood for the longer wait. However, I question their cleanliness. I witnessed a stack of white boxes on the floor and being stepped on that the employees were assembling. Also, witnesses this with the pizza boxes. One box fell over inside box down and they were going to build the box and use it until I spoke up and said something. I was not sure how the white boxes were used until I looked some pictures up online and they are to hold food like chicken and toasted raviolis. Those same boxes were set next to food in the back.

Regarding the food. Pizza was a bit overcooked and the salad was nothing special, just bag lettuce in a container with cheese on top.

Twice i have ordered and still have not received my order. Maybe this store needs management. 20 angry customers! Online order said 35-45 min. Arrived 45 min and was told be another 30 -45 minutes. I still have not received refund from 6 days ago.Not a good start

If you’re from Kansas City, and interested in St. Louis style pizza, do yourself a favor and go to Leo’s on Englewood. Your taste buds, and whoever you’re buying pizza for will thank you. First week open, they’re a little slow, to be expected. The flavor is reminds me of freezer aisle pizza. If it’s around, I would eat it, but I won’t ever go out of my to buy it.

I placed an online order and arrived after the quoted pickup time. When I checked in, I was told it would be another 25 minutes, which I understood since they were busy.

However, almost an hour later I was still waiting in the lobby while I watched order numbers after mine being called. When I asked about my order, I could hear staff in the kitchen trying to locate one of my pizzas and saying they didn’t know where it was or whether it had even been started.

At that point I requested a refund. After waiting well over an hour past my scheduled pickup time, nothing was offered to acknowledge the inconvenience.

I understand restaurants get busy, but losing an order entirely and leaving a customer waiting that long without any communication or resolution was disappointing.

I’ve been so excited for the Northland to get an Imo’s! We got carry out for a family dinner yesterday. It was ready when I arrived at the exact time I was quoted and absolutely DELICIOUS. I am certain we will be frequent fliers.

The wait is utterly insane. Placed an order on the app, was tracking my order and it said “ready for pickup”. Headed there, which is about a 10 minute drive, and I sat inside for an extra 35 minutes waiting for my order that said was ready for pickup 45 minutes prior to actually receiving my order. The place was a complete cluster. Will go to Marcos next time. Food was good but not good enough to deal with the cluster that was actually receiving my food

Went on opening day for my first taste of Imo’s. I waited about 45 min for my pepperoni pizza. I was really disappointed. Although the sauce is robust, it tastes like a cheap, frozen pizza. It was burnt in spots and not in a good, flame kissed way. It’s edible, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Tonight IMOS is SWAMPED! Customers are just so rude nowadays and the young girls at the front counter deserve better than that! The team running this store right now are rocking it and I am so glad you all are able to not stoop to the level these other customers are, the managers are very apologetic and are doing their best to serve! Thank you all and I hope nobody quits after tonight!

A bit bummed, we ordered online and it said our food was ready but when we got there we were told it would take 45 minutes more. We were 30 orders out. I understand it is a new location, but we shouldn’t be told online that our order was ready and that bad of estimation time.

I’m a St. Louis native who lives in Kansas City, got Pizza there yesterday for dinner. It was cold. It was awful. Nothing like the IMO’s down on Rainbow Boulevard or any of the locations in St. Louis. A waste of 20 bucks won’t go here again. When representing an icon like Imo’s Pizza FROM St. Louis and especially in your opening week, please make sure you’re pushing out the product that’s advertised not cold Pizza that looks like it had barely any cheese or meat….
