Employee was rude we order 3 samwiches and 2 orders of has browns. 2 were supposed to have extra bacon and were charged one sandwich had 3 half piece and the other had 2 half pieces. I asked the chick for ketchup and she gives me 3 packets like it came.out of her paycheck. Of course I call to get a refund and no one’s answers.

I usually go to the Dunkin on brook road and they are great. However, this Dunkin is disgusting. Loaded hash browns came with no cheese, bacon was raw on everything, all coffees looked like milk with ice, tasted like diabetes in a cup. My guess would be they probably have a lot of high schoolers playing around in here, they most likely need an adult to supervise. We received a full refund but I would not recommend going to this location, drive a little further out from the city.

Feel bad for the two employees , the girl on the drive thru mike and the young man at the window. The Manager was YELLING at them like children. The young lady apologized for not being able to clearly hear my order and the young man seem to be confused maybe he was new but I can imagine its hard to learn with your manager yelling at you. I never saw the manager only heard her yelling.
This is not the way to manage nor teach. For the manager.. May God bring peace to your stressful morning, give you patience and a heart to be kind. Praying for this establishment and it’s employees success.

The donut didn’t suck completely, but it was definitely on the tuff side. Reminded me of a white house dinner roll in texture. I was hungry tho, so keep that in consideration when I say it wasn’t that bad. Service was slow, I actually waited a few minutes before someone told me they’d be with me in a second. The 2 ladies behind me had already come in and left in the mean time. Selection was non-existent. One bright spot was the cleanliness of the location, with the exception of the bathroom, which needed some attention. All in all, eh.

I went in the store to purchase two doughnuts. I waited for over 10 minutes before anyone saw me, greeted me or asked me can I help you. A lady came by and said, it’ll be a few minutes. I waited as three employees complained about working the were, complained about other employees not wearing masks, not doing the eye job. I would not frequent this place, I just wanted to doughnuts. Another example of ungrateful employees who are hired to serve people food. Go figure. I forgive all of them but top management needs to know. Here’s the pics of the staff who failed to ask me what I wanted to order. Once I started taking pictures, the tall man in the black shirt came out and apologized for the problem by saying, did you need something? I said, I’ve been waiting 10 minutes listening to the three of you complain about working here and waiting to order. Sad days, no wonder the economy is horrible.

Worst dunkin experience ive had. 4 or 5 employees on staff yet still waited 5 mins standing at the counter before ordering, once we ordered, food was ready in sufficient timing however drinks were not made for at least 15 mins, maybe more. We were finished w/ our entire meal before we got them. Tables dirty/ sticky, seemingly homeless man asleep in the corner. Line at the drive through not moving.

2JAN22 Can’t figure out why they haven’t fully opened. I miss going in, ordering 3 donuts and a drink and sitting at one of the tables, just “chillin”. Went through the drive-thru and got six donuts. The girl working the window was fast and friendly.

They never know what they’re doing and are slow as molasses. I wanted to use my points towards my order They didn’t know how to scan my food. I used my points and the app applied them but tje ordered wasnt scanned on my phone. They called someone on the phone to assist not sure if it was the manager so they threw my order at me and so just go. I wasnt comfortable with this and verbalizes that for about 10 minutes and finally left. I offered ro provide my phone number and email address they refused to take my information. I shared it wasnt worth their jobs or getting fired over $17 order. I also was prepared to just pay cash or credit card but points were already deducted from the application. Each visit at this location rete is always an issue
