My first time inside this brand’s dining room. I’ve had the chicken salad multiple times before brought home by my wife. The medium sized bistro style cafe is very comfortable — decorated in bright colorful patterns with a floral motif. The dining room is clean and orderly — probably not appealing to younger children with the absence of kid friendly play areas. The food choices under the umbrella of chicken salad as the core entree is fairly robust. Scores of various flavors to choose from. Located in a small shopping strip center on a busy commercial corner in north Spring Hill — facing Highway 31.

Went inside and ordered it to go for my lunch for work. Was greeted by staff as soon as I walked closer to the counter to order. I didn’t have to wait long for food at all. They have a great selection of sandwiches and different kinds of chicken salad. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, great tasting food. Would highly recommend to friends.

Stay away if you can not eat nuts or have a nut allergy. I informed the lady who took my order that I can Not eat nuts. I got the chicken salad that has pineapple in it due to liking grapes & apples in my chicken salad, but I have never put pineapple in it. Then, I ordered the grape salad as the side. They decided it was a good idea to put nuts on the top of the grape salad instead of leaving them off it. With that said, my appetite was gone as I don’t trust the sandwich to not have nuts now. A different lady came over and asked to fix me some with no nuts. I said I didn’t want it now. She brought it anyway and gave me a gift card for a free sandwich on my next visit. That was a nice gesture, but I won’t be back, so I will give it to someone who doesn’t have to worry about nuts being on their food.
I stupidly brought the food home with me, but I am throwing it all out because I don’t trust any of it now. The sandwich had minimal chicken salad on it. All you taste is the crescent roll

The food is good. I ordered the “Sassy Scotty” and the “Buffalo Barclay.” The service is great! The staff is very helpful when ordering and will even give you samples of the different kinds of chicken salad. They are very friendly!
One major disappointment, however, is the portion size. If you order just a scoop of chicken salad, you seem to get a fair amount. If you order a sandwich, the portion seems very small (see pictures of my sandwich for reference). My wife’s sandwich looked the same. My suggestion: just get the scoop of chicken salad. Perhaps the small portion size we received was a fluke, but it definitely discourages me from wanting to come back. For a $7.99 chicken salad sandwich, I feel like there should be more chicken salad there.

Normally it’s really good but today was seriously lacking. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and the chicken salad tasted a bit spoiled so i couldn’t eat that and the cheesecake had a piece of plastic in it that resembled a bug leg so I couldn’t eat it either. But the coke was good.
Everyone has bad days but I think I’ll not be ordering again anytime soon.

Whenever I visit my friend in Tennessee, I have to visit Chicken Salad Chicks. I absolutely love the food and atmosphere of this resturant. On my most recent visit, I got a scoop of Fruity Fran on a croissant. I chose to get a scoop of their mac and cheese as my side. When you order your meal you automatically get a buttercream frosted cookie which I find to be delightful! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always spectacular. The ladies who work there are very friendly and I always have good conversations with them. I really like their watermelon icetea. It is a bit too sweet for me so I combine it with regular ice tea to form the perfect summer drink. ☀️ I love this place and can’t wait to eat there again !
