Ordered carryout, went inside when the app said my pizza was ready, the lobby was super cold and 4 employees working, not one would acknowledge you waiting, i continued to wait and asked 3 times if my pizzas were ready I was told no, we r working on it. There was pizzas on the warmer when I walked into the store, eventually someone else came in and she read my name on the pizzas sitting on the warmer and then put them back down because she said couldn’t check me out. Do the employees not have ability to accept payment ? Instead of explaining the employee turned her back to me, I left the store without food as my food had been Sitting there the entire time but apparently the 4 employees working cant finish the order, terrible service, will not return.

Painfully slow. Got here when it shoulda been done hadn’t even been started. They then prioritized the outgoing delivery ahead of my order I was there to already pick up ended up standing around in there super cold lobby for 24 mins. Like if your apologizing for the wait. At least put my pizza in don’t make me wait another 20+ mins to even get it in. Oven takes 5 mins all and all 42 min turn around for a single pizza via carryout

“Well done” does not mean blackened & tasting like charcoal. Spent $$ on a large pepperoni pizza, ordered it well done. Saw the pizza & thought, “oh the crust is real dark”, but was unprepared for the black bottom. Tried to eat it, couldn’t.
Called the store, asked to speak to the manager. He did not care, at all. Just told me that he would use this feedback for “next time”. I told him I can’t eat it, it tastes like charcoal. He told me thanks for calling & to have a great night.
THIS is the type of reason why I had not ordered from them in a while, and this is the reason my $$ will be spent in the future at an amazing pizza place that costs about the same a block away: GALLAGHER’s!!

Better ingredients, better pizza….um I don’t think so. Over cooked so fast it was burnt and raw at the same time, and all this grease!This chains pizza use to be very good. However over the year gets worse. I’m never ordering from them again. Would have been a waste but the dog seemed to enjoy it. Lmao stay away!

I’ve had struggles ordering here in the past. They’ve stepped up their game since. Sometimes I’ve received pizzas with no sauce. Even after asking and paying for extra sauce. The last 2 times I’ve ordered have been perfect. Extra sauce, extra cheese, just like I asked and paid for. Thanks for stepping it up.

When I called, a guy at a call center answered….he was awful! Wanted to charge me for packets of crushed red pepper and parm Cheese packets. Once we went to the store…they were amazing!!!!!! They should get rid of the call center and have a person devoted to the phone lines

I showed up at almost midnight and had a conversation with the guy working. Turns out we’re both in recovery. Great guy to talk to, and although I was only picking up an order for delivery, I’d still recommend this place. The guy making the pizza appeared to be very passionate about sending out a great pizza. Give it a try. And if ur up for good conversation, try the guy who is preparing the pizza.

I had ordered $40 worth a food like we have done once a week for a long time. We always tip the drivers very well. Our food comes after being almost an hour late and they had forgot one of our items. My wife calls back and the guy says they will send it right back out. Should be about 1/2 hour. After an hour I call back and the guy says we didn’t get to it and we will not be able to send it out. He says we can give you a couple bucks off your next order. I persist in arguing with him and ask to speak to the manager and he hangs up on me. I call right back and he hangs up on me again. I send a email survey about the situation and never received word back. We now go to domino’s and will never order from there again.
