Right across the street from VASA Fitness, Marigold Bistro is my go to spot after a workout. Their omelettes are unreal… packed with protein, made with clean, high quality ingredients, and always perfectly cooked.

The last time I went to Marigold’s, it was still called “Walter’s Bistro”. Went for brunch today, got a latte with cinnamon and caramel, did not disappoint. Additionally, I got the beet salad(exchanged the feta for goat cheese). Was good enough that I even got a second one to-go. Our server, Riley, was very nice and attentive, I would definitely recommend going to those who haven’t before, both for the food and the great service!

Best kept secret on the south side of Colorado Springs. Great breakfast and brunch option. This area of town previously lacked a nice breakfast location. Marigold’s fills this need. Very convenient to get to and wonderful interior. The food and service were top notch. The cost was about that of a higher end breakfast franchise but much nicer and more authentic. I was very happy to find a local business that offered a great breakfast at a fair price. This is now my go to breakfast spot.

What a local gem! The whole team works hard to make sure your dining experience is PERFECT, and they succeed! Delicious food with a warm and friendly staff. Alex was our main server and he was very attentive. I had the mussels for appetizer, my wife had the lobster bisque. Buth were perfect. I had the pork chop which was moist and perfectly prepared and my wide had the beat salad with salmon. Delicious. This place is just wonderful.

Tried Marigold Bistro for breakfast and loved it. The lemon blueberry pancakes were super fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness! We also shared the avocado toast and even took a cinnamon twist home! Truly a phenomenal restaurant.
Service was quick and friendly, coffee stayed hot and refilled, and the space felt warm and welcoming. Perfect spot for a relaxed weekend breakfast or a quick bite before work. Definitely coming back!

After going to Marigold Cafe for years, we decided to give their bistro a try. And now… it’s my favorite restaurant in the whole city. First, we started with lobster bites and lobster bisque. Then, for our entree’s, we had the Chilean sea bass entree and lobster & shrimp ravioli. For dessert, we opted for the crème’ brûlée and a chocolate eclair. Our server Riley not only recommended adding shrimp to the lobster ravioli, which was an excellent recommendation . But, he is also one of the best servers we’ve had in any restaurant. Everytime we visit this wonderful place, we will always be requesting him as our server. You should to!

I typically go up North to Centennial for dessert slices with my daughter. I work just down the street from this location however and decided to have breakfast. It was delicious. I came in on a weekday by myself and enjoyed the atmosphere from the dining area to the music. Food was out at a great time for being cooked to order. I will be coming back for breakfast more often.
