Open the lid and BOOM—Hawaiian BBQ meets Texas portions. This isn’t a plate… this is a meal shipment. The rice scoops are stacked like little fluffy snow mountains, the mac salad is posted up like the creamy VIP sidekick, and the noodles are doing the absolute MOST—loaded with veggies and drenched in that “I’m about to change your life” sauce. Then the meats?? Whewww.
You’ve got teriyaki chicken sliced like it’s ready for a photoshoot, glazed and shining like it moisturizes. The short ribs look like they got grilled with love, patience, and a little bit of “try me if you want.” And that crispy chicken? Crunchy enough to be heard two tables away. ‍
Every box is basically saying: “You’re not finishing me today… and that’s okay.”
This is the kind of food where the leftovers are so big they deserve their own to-go box… inside the to-go box.
10/10 flavor, 100/10 portions. Hidden gem behavior.

Food was super good and great value. Ordered the kalua pork and the broke da mouth plate (teri beef, furikake chicken, garlic shrimp). Everything was ’ono! Located inside of the gas station. I would return 100%, great place with authentic food. Mahalo a hui hou

Was hungry and just as I was searching for a place to get, this place popped up. I live across town so I figure we’d check it out. It smelled so goood. The chicken and beef were perfect. Tender, tasty, and cut just right. The salad had a different taste that I’m used to. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but there was a distinct taste. Was it the mayo you used? If it wasn’t Best Foods, then that’s what it was lol. I still ate it anyway 😉 I gave this place a 4 for food because the fried noodles was okay, just okay. And the Mac salad. Flavor of noodles was lacking. But still ate it. My sis ordered the teri chicken plate and she enjoyed. She picked up the order and said she liked how it was set up. I liked that it is inside the convenient store/gas station. Good idea. All in all we loved the good and will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

What a true hidden gem. Do not let the location of it being in a gas station stray you away!!! The food here is absolutely amazing. The moment I walked in I could feel that aloha spirit! They have great menu options and a rotation of different desserts available!
Now let me tell you these plates were heavyyy and packed the quality and the price was unmatched. I was absolutely blown away by every thing we ordered. The chicken katsu had perfect breading nice and crunchy. The fried rice…..ooohh get that upgrade, now this is how you do fried rice Hawaiian style, loaded with grilled onion, spam, green onion, and the perfect seasonings. All the meat was so tender and juicy. I absolutely loved their furikake chicken here, hands down the best I’ve tried in town. Now I’m usually reallill picky with my poke but I decided to give them a shot to try what I could, and it was great quality. Mahalo for the amazing customer service and food I will be back!!

*This review is for the food truck, not the restaurant.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now, and they just happened to be at a farmer’s market, not too far from where we were staying.  You see so many videos on tiktok and IG that I wasn’t prepared to order.  There wasn’t a crazy line yet, and I was greeted and helped right away.

I ordered:

1.  Mini kanak (garlic shrimp & coconut shrimp) – both were really good.  Shrimps were cooked perfectly and not chewy and overcooked.  Mac salad was tasty as well.

2.  Chicken teriyaki cooked perfectly, and it wasn’t overly seasoned or anything.  A classic staple done right.

I really wanted to go back and try more, but after eating that with my husband, we were ready to take a nap or a walk just to help burn some calories. I definitely look forward to coming back or maybe even trying their restaurant one of these days.   I hear they offer even more food there.

First time to this restaurant.
It is located inside a Sinclair gas station.
They have a few small tables if you want to eat there.
I had the beef teriyaki and my wife had a pork and cabbage dish. She really enjoyed hers. For mine, the flavor was good, but there was a bit too much fat to my liking.
It was served with white rice and a creamy noodle salad, which were both good.
I will go back and try another dish.
I do recommend this restaurant if you have never had Hawaiian food.

We have been here a few times, and it is REALLY good food! HUGE portions, well seasoned, super tasty sauces. Doesn’t look like much, crammed inside a shady gas station, but it’s worth the visit!

Had the hankering for some chicken katsu 2 nights ago. Did some google searching and decided on Da Braddahs Grindz to answer my katsu craving. What a call! The meal was so good, I came back to nights later for a 3 meat plate; chicken katsu, kalbi ribs, and chicken fujiyomomma. Once again, great call! The katsu was perfect and plentiful both nights. The ribs were amazing and sooo good. The chicken fujiyoyo was plentiful and seasoned perfectly. The rice was excellent and I’m not big fan of macaroni salad, but this was the best I’ve had. Ever. I can’t explain adequately how great the food is here. I ate at the restaurant, not the food trucks. Be aware, the “restaurant” is in a gas station liquor store and only has 2 tables. This is a pick up your food place, though I ate there both times.
The owners are incredibly nice and friendly. I can’t wait to come back to Vegas so I can eat here again. And again….

I’ve been in the hunt for the best Hawaiian places in Vegas, this by far and away the best one I’ve tried

Only thing I wish I could do is double my Mac salad cause I’m a Mac fiend

I like that the lady who called me back about an order had a Hawaii area code

Oh my god this is a place server beyond imagination good food!! Don’t let the Gas station outfit fakes you! You are at the right place for wonderful delicious food they have some secret sauce for their BBQ beef or chicken the taste is very unique like Japanese Korean Mexican style combinations the RIB just too delicious I don’t know how to explain it you need to taste it by yourself also yeah it is inside the gas station I buy a soda water which I can’t find this blackberry favour at other places very interesting. Also for service they surprise me either they gave me chopsticks which as a Hong Konger I am so happy. 謝謝你們這是我在拉斯維加斯吃過最美味的美食之一。好開心 :)
