Drive through no one in front of us.
Milkshake,blizzard, cup of ice cream.
Asked to drive around and it would be brought to car.
I thought short staffed thenobserve 4 people.
Looked like training and that trainee was doing everything and everyone else standing there.
Two other cars came after us food order got before our simple ice cream order.
I find it interesting that the person training didn’t help either getting caught up for good customer service.
The person taking order was rude female as my husband has a speech impairment. Be kind. I normally don’t write reviews but I worked at a Dairy Queen for several years and we never sat and watched but chipped in to get customers taken care of and after that then go over whatever was being done

Used to be a favorite place to go! This is a mini Heath blizzard. It is 3.99 fir about 3oz of ice cream and only 2 pieces of toffee throughout. I should have just paid 2.99 for a vanilla cone! The blizzards were delicious. I do feel like the blizzard prices are a bit expensive when they continue making the cups smaller. But i know that’s a corporation thing, not this restaurants fault. I love the grilled hamburgers. The meal deals are a great price point for all the food, drink, and ice cream sundae you get. The staff was friendly.

I ordered a chocolate cone dipped in cherry. The drive thru was very slow and my ice cream was really short. Not much ice cream for the almost $5.00 price tag. I wish they would dip the cones all the way to where the coating is on the cone so it doesn’t leak melted ice cream down the cone.

Slow slow slow. A lot of the workers including management aren’t the friendliest. Quality of food is not always up to par especially for the price. See picture of “hot dog with cheese”. If you look hard enough you’ll see the cheese.

Went in to place an order inside. We had stood there a few minutes, was trying to decide if we ordered at the counter or what. When we did place our order the person at the register seemed as if they was having an off say. The 2 of us sat down, and our ice cream was brought out on different trips first before our hot food was brought out.

Dairy Queen is usually amazing. For sure. I mean I work fast food and it’s a very good experience.. but also having a good attitude when working is a good thing. It makes you feel good and others feel good. However This Dairy Queen in Tipton… everyone’s attitude is poor.. I went to Dairy Queen and got a blizzard of course.. usually they flip the blizzard upside down and if not then you get a free one next time… well… usually it’s not a big deal to me and I’ll mess around with it. There was a lady that wanted to give attitude about me saying “you didn’t flip that” with a casual smile and laugh. Anytime I go in there to pick up a mobile order they have very poor welcoming skills and always have snobby attitudes. DAIRY QUEEN can do better. The food is amazing though. Not complaining there.
