Got all day? Come to this subway. There is one person making sandwiches that has a very hard time understanding the concept of “fast food”. Just wait until the older person in front of you orders 4 sandwiches. That’s good for 30+ minutes in line.

It’s always something with this location. Whether they’re out of meatballs, can’t break a $50, or can’t even open the store at their posted time (9am, tried to go in at 10:30…).
The only good thing I can say is that they’re the closest Subway, and they occasionally hire a good person who inevitably refuses to put up with their BS for longer than a month.

After waiting for almost 45 minutes because there was only one employee, I finally put in my order, only to be told there was no tuna for my sandwich choice. What! No tuna on a Friday during Lent? Before my lunch was through, I heard the server say there was more choices completely out. What is happening to this store that I have visited many times since its opening? I won’t stop coming here, but I hope the employee situations improves soon. Store is on Elm Street in Jenks in OK.

Very disappointed today that I had to ask the employee to change her gloves after handling money. She obliged, but come on.. That’s food safety 101.
Its also consistently the slowest Subway I’ve ever been to, I blame management for that though. They don’t staff properly.

Horrible!!!! Brought my own cup over to get ice water to go with my cookie that I was going to purchase and was told after I filled my cup up it would be 1.10 for the ice and .60 for the cookie. How can you charge more for ice then food!!!! 5 years I have been allowed to get ice water for free from them as long as I made a purchase! For that fact Qt, kum n go, Caseys even mcdonalds will all give you free ice water if you have your own cup or small charge if you need a cup! The new manager was so rude and told me it was because he had to buy the ice! Oh and lets not forget to mention he got confronted by another person for being rude and stand in front of the store SMOKING! Ugh! DO NOT GO HERE!! There is a perfectly awesome subway in glenpool and in glenpool walmart if you want good food and service! If I didnt work next door I would have never went in the first place!

Regrettably, this is the closest location to me because this is the worst Subway! They do not open in a timely manner to be prepared for lunch. Literally every time I go, they are out of something or don’t have it made. The staff is nice but service is slow. I have given this location many chances but will not be going back.

You want to turn me off on stopping at your Subway shop. Have the employee smoking a cigarette at the front door. I don’t want the taste of a cigarette on my sandwich. There are too many Subway shops to eat here. I went to the other Subway in Jenks.

It was lunchtime but they did not have any bread. Bread is one of the main ingredients in a sandwich. Also waited 10 minutes before overhearing that critical detail.

I enjoy the customization of the sandwiches, wraps, etc. The flavor is not very elevated but that’s to be expected of a restaurant chain where the employees are rarely happy to be working there.

The 2 stars I gave were because of the service I received from the young lady making the sandwiches was very courteous and accommodating; my problems are with the cleanliness of the place…I was scared to touch the soap dispenser cause it was dirty…Dirty Soap!? GROSS!!
