I stopped going as much because I felt that the recipe for the Flautas have changed, and they were my go-to. But, i recently tried their Quesabirria and i have a new favorite. It is SO rich and flavorful and the consome has bits of the meat in it as well, by far the best Birria tacos in the city. <3

We were told about this place from a friend. She said the food and drinks were great. When we arrived for lunch, it didnt look like much from the outside. The inside was nice, but not the flashy colorful decor you usually see in a mexican restaurant. We noticed the prices were pretty good and the menu looked good. I was surprised there were no fajitas since that’s what I typically get, but I got shrimp tostadas and they were excellent. My husband got a chicken dish and he was very happy. I got maduros and he got tostones..we shared guacamole and calamari which was all very good. I fell in love with the tortilla soup that came with the lunch! The pinapple smash margarita was good ( could have been a tad spicier, but yummy).. My husband enjoyed his michelada. All on all I definitely recommend this place, especially for lunch…they also have a happy hour from 3-6 but we were there too early.

Tacos Mexico is a true diamond in the rough. The guac is fresh, tasty, and spot-on, the carne asada is cooked perfectly, and the margaritas are divinely delicious.

Had dinner at this location. There are three restaurants in the shopping center so Parking is impossible but we found one in the neighborhood around the corner. Food was not great and service either. I asked for a strawberry margarita but got served a mango one instead. When I told the waitress she seem bothered and didn’t even apologize for the error. She replaced the drink. Both did not taste to good. Ask for no salt but got salt anyway. Didn’t want to inconvenience the waitress any further.
My green chicken enchiladas were salty but no flavor. The fajitas had a lot of chicken barely any onions and peppers. No flavor. The tortillas were so small you can barely make a fajita wrap.
Overall not the best dining experience.

Great happy hour and great vibes. Spent hours just hanging out. The decor and lighting was nice. Had the taco flight but asked for the toppings on the side and I think this is the way to go. You get to “build” your own tacos this way and it adds a bit of fun to the experience. The complimentary chips come with 3 salsas and each one is delicious. It’s a very unassuming place from the outside but when you spend some time there it becomes very comfortable very quickly. The staff was very polite as well. Highly recommend this place especially for happy hour. You can’t beat the price for what is offered.
