Whoever made my drink this morning deserves a raise and a back rub . This my favorite Starbucks, they always make this perfect and my bento dragon drink. I love the staff, but I haven’t seen many of my favorites lately. Sometimes it’s slow due to not enough manpower, because the ones there are very overworked. I also wonder why they not letting the employees get tips anymore? I would like an answer management due to all other Starbuck employees getting tips on their shift.

I placed a mobile order for two drinks customized with milk and paid an additional $0.70 per drink.
When I arrived for pickup, I was informed that the store did not have the milk available. If the store is unable to provide the paid customization due to inventory issues, I believe the refund for the additional charge should be handled directly at the store level.
Instead, I was told to contact customer service. Since this was a store inventory issue, it seems reasonable that the store should process the refund on the spot.
Customizwed milk caused extra money but the two people working there don’t listen and understand. Seems like they don’t know. The employees need to be trained.
Additionally, drink preparation at this location is consistently slow, and overall quality and service need improvement.

The atmosphere at this Starbucks was truly ideal, and the staff was extremely welcoming. My medium roast coffee tasted great!

Really couldn’t help but laugh at this, but I ordered a hot chocolate and got a cup of steamed milk. Maybe they were so busy and weren’t paying attention. I’ve never had an issue, but this made me laugh.

Amazing customer service, above and beyond! Nemy and Mallory provided exceptional care.
I was at this location for many hours doing work, while having a lovely hot matcha tea. Mallory went above and beyond, out of her way to provide me with everything I needed. Nemy (the store manager), greeted me warmly and really made me feel like I was welcomed, checked in on me, and we had a lovely chat. Another associate, I did not catch his name, personally helped me connect my computer to the store’s wifi.

The bad reviews for this place made me avoid it for a little but its the closest one to me so I gave it a chance. Now that Ive come here multiple times, I can say service is always great and fast, order has never been wrong. Everyone I have encountered inside and/or at the drive thru window have always been cheerful and glad to be there. Maybe the people leaving bad reviews are stuck up. Im a white girl who likes my white girl coffee, and happy to say its been good every time lol.

The young lady that took my order (Paisley) truly sounds like she does not want to be here. Unlike any other locations I’ve been to, there is not the usual customer service I’ve seen or experienced. This location is on my way to work; otherwise, I wouldn’t stop here.

I have never been a Starbucks person. However, I started going with my daughter. I only get the iced peach green tea with lemonade. Sometimes it’s delicious and sometimes it’s very bitter. I feel this depends some on who makes it. I went this morning and the lady who took my order wasn’t the friendliest and she forgot to add the lemonade even though I told her at least 3x…she insisted she had it but when the guy made it and I watched…I didn’t see the lemonade and it was bitter. I asked him to add the lemonade and a little more peach juice, but it was still not like I like it. I just told him it was fine and went in, but this Starbucks is too new to have such low reviews. The worlds do act a little confused like they don’t know what they are doing.

The first experience I had was great, this second time I was provided the smallest amount lavender in my lavender oat milk matcha and even taste it. The barista both times was very polite.

Horrible! Guy at window had no idea what drinks were what, didn’t know how to take a credit card, said its debit only which NO starbucks ANYWHERE is debit only. Old signs out from Christmas. Horrid horrid location. Just left
