Went there last night, pretty day leading in night= everyone getting ice cream! Lobby was empty when arrived but by the time we ordered it was full. Kid took our order and gave us a table tent, set and waited for 10 or 15 mins for our ice cream to arrive. While waiting the kid that took our order was going on break with a lobby full of people. Noticed our ice cream setting on the bar, went after it and it had already started melting. If they had not planned on delivering it to the table just tell me so I could’ve been watching. Definitely not our old DQ!

Food is always good, but they always seem to be out of bananas for some reason. Anyway, on Monday we stood in line for 30 minutes. There were three people in the back and nobody was at the counter. I will not blame the people working but the management has got to do something about the wait! Someone in line told us they had been there for an hour waiting for ice cream! The line was wrapped outside and I guess they prioritized that instead of the dining area. Close the dining room if you don’t have enough people working, we’re hungry too. :/

I would rate Dairy Queen’s $7 chicken strip, gravy, fries, and sundae meal 4.5 out of 5 stars. The food was delicious, hitting the spot just right. However, the service was a bit slow, possibly due to understaffing, but the staff remained friendly throughout the experience.

Horrible. Waited 30 minutes for cold food. Refused to take cash, said its be a long wait if we paid with cash. Found a hair in my ice cream (after waiting another 10 mins on it. Workers were standing around doing nothing while 1 person cooked. Manager needs fired if they even have one

My mom ordered a chicken and cheese stick balls and Bread and gravy and it costed 25 or 24 and my sister got the bread and gravy because he was hungry what a waste of money but it tasted good

Just went to the DQ in Campbellsville and couldn’t even get acknowledged . At least 3 employees looked at us and didn’t say a word. Looked like they were only concerned with the drive thru… we left after about 5 minutes…. What a joke

DQ has the best ice cream cakes ever!! They always ask if you want something wrote on the top & offer to wrap the cake if you’re traveling a far distance. Highly recommend these cakes! I have never been disappointed!!

As of September 2024 you should avoid this location at all costs! Ordered a single frosty a few weeks ago and took 35 minutes, then I gave them a second chance a week later ordered food, and waited for 50 minutes before they told me they didn’t even have any of that food left. Every worker in there seemed like they either didn’t know what to do, or was moving as slowly as possible with dead eyes. Nobody was at the front register except maybe two minutes of the full 50 I was waiting. It was absolutely The worst service I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant. And the prices are ridiculously high to the point where they can do better, and they can hire more people.
