NY vs Chicago pizza, Ohio pizza. Its true them pizzas do matter where they come from. Gino’s of Manhasset will be extremely hard to duplicate, replace or I may just have to find excuses to bypass biting into the big Apple and shoot for the island more often. Not only the pizza but the pasta and the atmosphere were just impressive all around.

I live on the border of Queens and Nassau County but I often find myself driving to this Manhasset location. Overall, it’s just a nice pizzeria restaurant serving all Italian entrées with a smile. I love the fact everything is fresh and parking is a breeze.

Great spot for pizza or a casual night out for the family. It’s group friendly seating and there are select tables for those who do not want table service. They do charge 3% table service fee on the bill if you dine in and need service. Best stuffed pizza – meat slice. Had ham, sausage and pepperoni. The stuffed eggplant was good but needed more eggplant…one layer doesn’t cut it. Crispino slice was the best as far as fresh ingredients and the Sicilian crust. Baked clams were good but a tad too salty. Overall a solid spot.

Gino’s of Manhasset has a new location but still the same great pizza! The new building is a nice upgrade from the previous location and they did a nice job with the renovation. I had a regular slice cheese it was good, crust & sauce were excellent overall a 7.8/10. The Margherita pizza is my favorite, the crust is thin and crispy a solid 8/10. The service was good, the staff were polite and I received my order quickly.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Found this place by accident. Very delicious pizza. We tried an assortment of slices ( Grandma,white , pepperoni,and buffalo chicken. ) All were spot on. Louie was wonderful !

Pizza is alright. Believe me nothing special or to go crazy over. The people working there are rude as hell. Be careful when paying them cause they try to charge me twice on a slice and a soda after their credit card machine was malfunctioning and then insisting that my card is not working. Also as someone else mentioned they touch money and pizza with the same hands without washing their hands. Nasty. Stay away from this joint.

Gino’s vs Unberto’s is like the Torchy Taco vs Taco Deli debate in Austin. They are both high-quality products, but I am more old school NY style pizza, and Gino’s edges out the “newcomer” by is more traditional NY slice style and sauce.

I had the most pleasant experience here! The pizza is great, but I went here with my 1 year old son for a quick lunch and they were so accommodating. They offered to cut up the pizza for my toddler into small pieces without me even asking. They helped me to a table and brought us our two slices of pizza with a smile and we’re just so lovely to me and my son. A+ service! A++ value
