Just got back a couple of minutes ago from this location. I had just come home from an 12.5 hr shift and was so exhausted and starving. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, ice cream and a drink. First, we were told to wait for fresh food and then only received our chicken baskets. Not to mention they were missing all of our toast (2 pieces per basket), all our ice cream AND our drink. So we go back. Well, they gave us everything except toast so we had to wait again. We only received one slice so we had to wait for more. We pulled off and after checking, we were still missing a piece of toast. My ranch that I ordered also was missing and I was given gravy instead…the people were nice but the mistakes were never ending. It turned a quick 6 minute trip into a 15. I was very disappointed because I wanted something quick, easy and stress free after a very long and tiring day. Nice staff, horrid service.

My granddaughter and I bought 2 of the #1 burgers through the drive-thru window. Our burgers were not fresh and the fries were stale like they’d been sitting for a while. The lettuce on both burgers was brown. Paid $22 + for a poor lunch. Young man at the window was very nice, but food not so much. I called corporate the same day and have yet to receive a call this was over a week ago. I guess Culver’s will be getting our business from here on out if this is how Dairy Queen treats their customers. Would like to post a picture of the brown lettuce on top of the burgers but there’s nowhere to do that here.

I just ordered Dairy Queen from this location and got one of the most unedible chicken sandwiches I’ve ever seen. They didn’t even use a real chicken patty, just two small overcooked tenders thrown on a bun. It looked like the whole thing was microwaved because the lettuce and tomato were scalding hot and the bun was soggy. The fries were just as bad and completely limp.
I go to Dairy Queen all the time back home in Kentucky, and I honestly don’t know how this place is even selling food like this.

We made a special trip to Dairy Queen this evening to get the season special, Sugar Cookie Blizzard. We ordered and got to the window only to find out that they were out of the ingredients to make the dessert. We were told that they have been out of the frosting for weeks now. If this is the case, take it off of the menu and stop advertising it if orders cannot be fulfilled. We are actually really disappointed because this is not the first time we have gone to this location to only turn back around and head home empty handed.

My sister ordered the 3 piece chicken tender basket tonight and once we got home this is how many fries were in the box… for what you pay you should get more than a child sized portion. Employees were nice but they should not have let this go out to a customer.

This location is nice and cozy. It has kind of a diner type of vibe. It’s clean and has plenty of booth style table’s. There are some bench style table’s to add options as well. The service was fast and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. And of course the Oreo Blizzard I ordered was amazingly tasty too! I took a star away because although the service was fast, it was also flat. I was not greeted by any employee. The employee who took my order seemed annoyed and unattentive. When I was served my Blizzard it was just placed on the counter and the employee who served it did not turn it upside down for me. She just called my number and after confirming my order number she placed it on the counter and walked away. The redeeming part was eating the juicy chicken fingers with fries dipped in one of the yummy sauces. Then, I completed the free servey on the receipt and received a coupon code to get a free Dilly Bar which I redeemed and ate. And it, too, was mouth watering good. So, I recommend going to this location but do not expect an excited staff to help you.

First, I love DQ. This is my jam. I frequently come here but have been more and more disappointed with the Quality of the Blizzards.
Overall the blizzard is mixed well with a Candy to ice cream ration, BUT they never fill the cup to the top. There is always a lack of ice cream.
This would be a 4-5 star DQ with better quality and Blizzard mastery.

Messy atmosphere, seating area not clean, it’s noisy, and staff is not friendly. I do not recommend eating inside. Use the drive thru only.

Every time I come in it’s super dirty. Just a bunch of high school kids that’s don’t wanna be there. Horrible service and food quality is awful. Definitely needs makeover!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
First off…we had to pull aside and wait 20 minutes for our order. (Not typically a big deal on a weekend night)…They also conveniently forgot our receipt. The french fries were cold and soggy as soon as we received them. And once we got everything home and laid out, we discovered this nastiness (photo below).
The burgers were overdone on the outside and still raw on the inside. On the other burger not pictured, the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The onion rings were soggy and dripping with oil.
The toppings were also a joke, as you can see.
The store manager however, was very professional and courteous once we called to complain. The one star earned was for how he managed the situation and corrected the issue. I was also impressed with his plan of resolution.
