Haven’t had any issues with this location. Friendly ordering through drive through and a smile at the window. My girl gets a Med Iced Coffee, French Vanilla – triple triple with a chocolate dip donut and I get a plain begal toasted with extra butter and a hash brown.

If I could give this negative stars I would. This tim hortons is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They’re constantly out of things. One time they told me they were out of timbits, I try to order a sunrise sunset and they don’t have the redbull for it, I try to order a chicken panini they don’t have chicken. Sometimes they tell you at the speaker, sometimes they don’t even check and you find out at the window that they don’t have something. Mind you I have a 4 year old in the car and have to have her make a split second decision on if she wants something else. Today they handed me the timbits and the donut in the same bag, I got my sunrise sunset made with a regular flavor redbull because they didn’t have the right one, didn’t give me a straw and didn’t even let me know I was all set and just walked away from the window. I let everyone know not to go to this location because you will be let down every single time.

We haven’t been to a Tim hortons in a long time. We asked for dome lids for the coffees and we were met with attitude and told that is the standard. We got hot black coffees and received no sleeve. Asked for sleeves and were only given one and then they immediately walked away from the window.

Arrived at 7:25. Restaurant closes at 8:00. All food in the cases was put away. Two female employees were busy cleaning- and continued after they saw us standing by the counter. We asked, “Are you closing?” They responded, “Not until 8,” and then turned around and continued cleaning. We waited a moment to see if they’d take an order. Nope. We left. Do better, Tim Horton’s! WOW.

Went through the drive thru sat at the speaker box in silence for ten minutes no one moment nothing. Couldn’t not drive way because there’s no way out of the drive thru except forward there were cars ahead of me.
Ordered an iced Capp. When I got to the window the young girl working there handed me my iced Capp and it was all running down the sides. A total mess. Before she turned around and walked away I asked for napkins to clean it up. She looked at the iced Capp and said oh sorry and handed me napkins. Did not offer to clean up the mess they made. Made a mess of my car. Will not return to this location. No consideration.
